Do we need an appointment for this? My address on the passport is different to where I physically live now? Are walkins still encouraged at PSK? What is ARN?

Just Google " list of holidays in (your city name)" you will get page with FAQs and you will get to know timings for walkin .

If your passport address n your current address is not same , it will take a while (couple of weeks) but you will be through

Please check documentation required for current address proof

Just realised that I messed up in IMM5669 form for Spouse.
In education details, start date & end date for her masters is wrong. instead of from 2009-2012 I see 2003 -2012.

So education years are not matching.

Also i have been worried about my BC if ORIGINAL red stamped notarized translation with stamp on that stating "translation is true" will work or reject.( i added cover letter that norising offcial & affidavate sworn in authority is same so separate affidivate is not included but combined).

any thoughts based on past experience ?

Hi Seniors,

My current job falls under NOC code 1112 where I have a little over 1 year of experience. My earlier job falls under NOC 2171 where I have 3 years of experience. I would want to continue working under 1112 but the applications under that code are almost capped out. What are the implications of applying under 2171 in this case? Will I be able to apply for 1112 jobs after becoming PR? Will my PR card say that I got in through 2171 and not 1112? Will my application be less strong if I apply under an NOC which is not my current job? If there are no such adverse implications and I go ahead with applying under 2171, do I say that my intended occupation is 1112 or 2171 in my Generic application form? Please help!

In FSW, once you get PR, you are free to do as you please. Apply under any NOC for which you qualify, then pursue the job you want in Canada, even if it's not in the same NOC. Good luck.

Acually i asked this info as for some of the LVO cases, passport request was received on next day of receipt of Medical, while for the ones i have highlighted no such request is received in more than 1 week. Thats is why i asked if any requested info is still outstanding.

Any of the following candidates available on the forum to respond?

1. how u know the date of receipt of medicals? I was in touch with the designated DMP & understood the date of uploading of mine & family medical reports. I got 3rd Line updated in ECAs within 1 week after submission. this date corresponds to date of receipt of medicals. in my case it was 24th October, 2014.
2. Have when u guys submitted all of the requirements asked by LVO? May i have date of receipt of last requirement? RPRF Fee DD, PCC, updated information chart & Pasport bio pages for my child as requested by case officer was sent through my consultant. I have no idea on date of receipt for the same
