Hello. I would like to clear the situation. When I sent my application with a courier to CIC, at the envelope itself instead of the phrase`NOC category` I have written down a NOC name itself, `CONSTRUCTION MANAGER` (instead of `NOC category`). Could it be a reason to return my application? or for my application to get lost at the beginning?

recently read a post from a fellow member about being in Uk happy and applying for canada visa
I really could not understand when a person loves Uk so much and being so comfortable in life there with th job, environment and still wanting to apply for canada pr. I feel people on th forum have been going through so many hardships to get thecanadian pr that its disheartening to read such things.
I dont mean to offend anyone,but try to understand the sentiment of people here when u say such things.. People have literally spent years looking ahead for this pr.. Its not just another option for them the way it might b for u

I have tried hard to respect members who've requested to close this issue by not replying to some of the messages. And even in this case I will try to keep core topic out of question.

However, I wish to respond to your point that says "you could not understand why I am applying to Canada PR even if I like my life here in the UK" below:

You need to understand that when I came as a student to the UK I did go thru a lot of challenges and I had hefty debt to repay for the costs of my studies. I came from an ordinary background and a very remote small town in India. When I graduated, UK govt pretty much closed all major visa routes, it took a lot of effort to survive in this country initially.

After years of hard work I am happy with where I have reached so far. And I don't want to screw it up by taking careless actions. I am still not a permanent resident here. More importantly, I don't want to stop looking for options for betterment in my life and I see Canada as POTENTIALLY better place. But I will come know if it's really better place or not only after spending some time there. If it turns out that it's really not as good as I expect it to be, then what's wrong in having a back-up option? I plan well and I work hard in my life that is because I don't like to accept anything less than what I expect.

I will clarify that I wish LVO process my application very very slow, I'll try my best to ensure that I delay sending in documents (while ensuring they reach VO within deadlines). However, I wish others on forum that they get their visas when they wish, i.e. faster if they're keen to move to Canada soon!

However, please understand that I can only wish. I think some forum members reacted like I control LVO and I have ordered them to stop all of their operations and start drinking and dancing in November itself assuming Christmas party lasts for 2 years! 8) ;D :'(

For FBI PCC, Do we need to have two application forms filled if we need to apply for husband and wife ? or only one application is needed for a family ? Please help....

I have done MCA(masters in computer applications) and ECA has mentioned it as Master Degree.

I would like to know how much point will i get for MCA in education.

The point criteria is a bit confusing as it says


University degree at the Master’s level or equalNote de bas de page 1

OR University level entry-to-practice professional degree (or equalNote de bas de page 1). Occupation related to the degree must be:
NOC 2011 Skill Level A, and
licensed by a provincial regulatory body.
Note: Degree program must be in one of these fields of study: Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, Dentistry, Podiatry, Optometry, Law, Chiropractic Medicine, or Pharmacy.

i posted the query earlier also and one person suggested you will get 23 points as its master degree
but other one tols as it is only one course so it would be 21 points only....

Its 23 point without any confusion.....

FBI report is per person.....So ofcourse each of ur family member whom over 18 and residing over 6 months on US will require FBI report..........
