Anyone can help me with this question?

- University degree at the Doctoral (PhD) level or equal (25 points)
- University degree at the Master's level or equal OR University level entry-to-practice professional degree. Occupation related to the degree must be:
  • NOC 2011 Skill Level A, and
licensed by a provincial regulatory body.
Note: Degree program must be in one of these fields of study: Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, Dentistry, Podiatry, Optometry, Law, Chiropractic Medicine, or Pharmacy. (23 points)

Question on bolded note above. I have a Masters in Marketing Management not medicine. What will be my calculated points for Education?

23. Use the guide http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/pdf/ECA_table_EN.pdf

Hello,

Did any of you used the details of a debit card to pay the processing fee, while having enough money on the card for the payment to be made?

Thank you!

Hi htcjmd,

I see the following notes by @ vinnytoronto who had a similar situation to yours (February 2014, so is very fresh case). They will ask you for proof (see mail from CIC to OP below) but I think they accept it. Yes, there might be a slight delay but you should not worry too much! Check : Request for Additional Documents - Regarding my marriage after Medical recieved (Thread)

+1 if you like my answer.

Yes, you can use affidavit, preferably by her parents. You can use metric transcript/certificate if her full name, DoB, and one of parent's name are there. Do add a cover letter mentioning why birth certificate has not been attained.

Hi...
You need to fill out an application form. Which is available online on FBI website. You need to get your fingerprints done as per FBI requirements. And you have to fill a credit card fee form for the payment. That's all. The application form and credit card form is not an issue. The only issue is fingerprints. FBI has provided all the specifications on their website. Please go through it.

hi all,
2nd june applicant
PER received :25th sept

need your guidence and help.
I am co applicant working as freelancer but due to unknown reasons my online account was suspended and as you all know background verification are going on .
.will it affect on processing ?

please tell me what should i do in such a case :(

Following NDVO applicants of earlier than 10-May (from forum SS) already received PER and still waiting for MR (or even second line update in ECAS). I hope that these are active on the forum. Please come forward and share if you have any updates.

It's really wondering that NDVO issuing selective MRs of the later dates keeping these early applicants on hold.

I have a BIG question..

We have applied under the NOC 0113 'Purchasing Manager' and have got PER already. My husband is an employee of the company and gets a salary for it and also does all the duties we have stated in the JD.
Our only concern is that he also a 33% shareholder in the company, the other two shareholders being his father and brother. Will that be a problem in our case??
