Guys,

I have applied for FSW on 07 July 14 and din't get the PER yet, very tensed.

Courier date : 04 July 14
Courier delivery date : 08 July 14
Mode of Payment : DD
NOC : 2132

1. Does CIC reply for each and every applicant whether they it is successful or not?

2. Is the 'Bar Code' mandatory for the application which is manual entry? Does my application gets rejected because of not having a bar code on it ??
If it gets rejected, could i be able to resumbit the form under same reference ??

3. How to inquire the status of the application, i am staying in UAE.

Request to help me and i am very much disheartened.

The only option which you have now is to call them and enquire about your case. If you are lucky they might provide you with the status of your application. If you mail them now, you will get reply after 30-40 days, by which time you would either have your PER mail or your application returned if in case it is rejected. I guess best option for you is to call them and enquire.

The barcode page will not appear if you fill out you form by hand. If your application is filled by hand, i dont think it will get rejected for no bar code pages.

Please refer to old post's to get the call centre number of CIC and procedure when calling from outside canada. Good luck..

Hello Forumites, I'm in a fix and need some assistance from you guys.

I have applied under the NOC 2281 for which i have a total experience of 5 Years (In two different firms). Application received date is August 27.
While waiting for my PER to arrive, I've got a good opportunity with another MNC for a more or less different kind of role and the Joining date there is Jan 13, 2015.

New Job profile is the closest to the same NOC 2281 but the Job responsibilities are just not matching with the ones in hrsdc website.
Now my question is that if I join the new company with a profile which does not match 2281, would I still be clearing the Eligibility Criteria? Would
there be any problems I might face. If yes, what are the best possible solutions to still make it through.

Not a problem...CIC consider only that experience which you have mentioned in your application. Dosent matter to them weather you stay in the same company or leave it. The time period u mentioned in ur application and the date you filed ur application matters.
They will count ur points based on your application with them.

Hello Guys - by grace of bajrangbali.. I have received my Mr, Pcc and RPRF this morning.. Application date 21st May. PER on 9th sept.. Mr on 30th Sept... Visa office is NDVO...

Not all funds has been declared

Hi,

Can anybody please help me?

I did not disclose all of my assets at the time of application filling; I have one land which I purchased in my home country, which is not disclosed.

Is it a problem and will lead to rejection of my application. I only declare my bank balance which was meeting the minimum fund criteria of CAD 18,097

Please advice.

None rejected for assets. You can update it later on when you get your PER.

Dont worry, this will not be a problem as far as you have shown the minimum amount required. Later on, when you get your PER you can provide this information to your local VO. Good luck.

Hi,

You just need to include each and every residence address at which you were registered in UK. Indian address is the more than 10 years, but they ask about the information after your 18 yrs of age. For UK you wont need to provide proof of address as currently you dont reside there. Just give your current location Proof of address and that would suffice. I did the same and have the UKBA PCC with me.

Dear forumites, I have a query regarding UK PCC. I'm currently working in Qatar on Employment Visa. I'm a resident of India. Prior to this i was in Australia on student visa until 2009 and have lived in Australia for 2 years. I was also in UK on student visa from 2003-2005. My query is what address should i provide in previous addresses which are required by UK PCC, and there is a section which mentions if i have lived at the same address fro more than 10 years. so what should be answer as technically I live there as its my home (India) and i have 2 proof of ID which is mandatory for the release of PCC

Would be great if someone could shed light on this.

Your application will be assessed based on what you have mentioned in it, i.e. your past to present. What you do in the future and where you are going to work will not effect that. Please go ahead and enjoy your new job. But make it a point to inform VO once your file gets transferred to VO. Good Luck!!

it should be fine as long as you have shown settlement fund sufficiently, immovable assets are not taken into consideration so enjoy good luck ;D ;D ;D
