Hi to all,

*Are credit card debts considered part of the liabilities? Or are liabilities personal loans?
*Should my liabilities be included as spouse of principal applicant?
*What are fixed deposits? Are salaries considered fixed deposits?
*Are short term loans (loans that are going to be finalized mid next year considered liabilities?
*Should those loans reflect what he still have pending to pay or the total amount the bank gave has on the loan?

With only my husbands liabilities our financial history looks like this:

Assets: 22,0000
Liabilities: 6500
POF: 22,000 (bank certificate)

*Should we write a cover explaining that those liabilities are until mid next year and what they are? and explain that the POF are not going to be used for payment of those liabilities?

]:- if the cards are paid on time and does not hamper credit score, it is not required to be mentioned! ;DPersonal/housing/Vehicle/renovation/education etc. are liabilities!

:- Since the settlement fund increases for a couple than single applicant, so the liability part is taken care of and spouse shall not be considered liability!
What are fixed deposits? Are salaries considered fixed deposits?
:- The fixed deposit (FD) is a financial instrument provided by banks which provides investors with a higher rate of interest than a regular savings account, until the given maturity date. It may or may not require the creation of a separate account.\
salaries can LEAD to fixed deposits but not vice versa.
*Are short term loans (loans that are going to be finalized mid next year considered liabilities?
*Should those loans reflect what he still have pending to pay or the total amount the bank gave has on the loan?
:- Loans principle remaining amounts considered liabilities, it should reflect!

*Should we write a cover explaining that those liabilities are until mid next year and what they are? and explain that the POF are not going to be used for payment of those liabilities?

:- you shall provide loan statement with payment scheduled from bank on its stationary, cover letter may be helpful!

Seniors please confirm if applying for Provincial Nominee and FSW at the same time can result to issues!

There is no issue at all in apply for more than one Canadian immigration program, the only thing is that at the later stage of the applications, you will be requested to withdraw one, as Permanent residence will only granted on one program.

No issues if the same province is chosen as destination in the FSW too. Otherwise, there might be extra scrutiny but not necessarily a rejection.

Yes. Received PCC today. It is 3 to 4 hours process but good thing is PCC is issued almost to everyone on same day. Guys applying for PCC from Hyderabad...just bit of important information:

1. slots open at 4:30 pm on few days in a week. which day in week it opens is random. system will tell you when the next slot booking will open
2. There are very slots for PCC and hence all slots get booked within 15 to 20 minutes of opening so you have to be pretty fast.
3. Slots are booked for almost a week in advance. So today when I checked for slot it was showing booked till 5 November.
4. Carry at-least 2 address proof. Passport office may not like your bank statement if it has few transactions. I took my voter id and sbi statement.

It is 3 to 4 hours process but good thing is PCC is issued almost to everyone on same day.

and yes I am yet to do my medicals. I was thinking to send the DD and PCC first and then get my Medicals done little late. My deadline to submit all 3 is 27th November. I was just thinking if I do my medicals late it would add up to my validity and give more time to plan my travel once visa arrives. Does that make sense? thoughts? suggestions

Why do you want to update your experience letter?

Because my previous experience does not have the detailed duties, I requested my employer and he provided me with more detailed experience letter. So that's y I want to add my new experience letter with my existing application.

God is great. For those who lost faith and don't believe in God, please don't be. Just believe in God. Keep faith cause I am 28 the May and till today I didn't receive PER and sent many inquiries in form of 2 e mails an 2 calls with no reply.
But today I recieved the medical request with the blessing of Jesus Christ again without receiving PER.
