Please provide an explanation as to how you and your spouse met and the progression of your relationship.

my wife is living in USA and i am in Pakistan.Now what document i should provide to cic to answer above mentioned question about my relationship with my spouse.
please guide

PPR time varies from VO to VO. They should start issuing PER soon. As soon as Security is tagged clear they issue PPR.

I will be going thru medical next week, and my wife is pregnant Does that somehow affect the processing times or my application?

Yes that does. As you wife is pregnant it will be better if she doesn't go for X-ray, so Physician will submit IMM5773 form. So what will happen is you wife has to under go X-ray after delivery and you will have to add your newborn to your application at later stage. So it will cause a delay.

hi All,
I am new to this forum. I am working with a bank as a Branch Manager and AVP in India. I guess I am eligible under NOC 0. I would like to know if anyone is in similar boat. I have a few questions and I am not too well informed, so please pardon if my questions are silly / have already been answered elsewhere. Here goes:
1. Am I eligible to apply under FSW program? Or my NOC is no more eligible to apply under FSWP / CAP already reached?
2. If answer to above question is yes, how much time I have to apply under FSWP?
3. Should I rather wait for EE?
FYI, I have not taken IELTS yet. Appreciate your responses / pointers / help. Thanks in advance.

Dude you need to find out your job duties in financial nocs like 1114, 0121, 1112, 1111 in 50 eligible nocs and also check noc capping . As BM i don't think your job duties matches somewhere. But you can match your previous experience in these nocs

IELTS is must you should get a date asap and also wes report.

You can apply till 30th april .... but this is also under debate, so sooner the better.
