I am a 14 May applicant and my application was returned due to incomplete documents. I completed all my documents and sent again.
My application is expected to be delivered on 6 - 7th Nov 2014.

Since I had applied earlier also, will my application get some priority or CIC will treat my application as fresh application and will take around 3 - 4 month to process it.

My NOC is 1123. If my application is treated as fresh application, are there some chances that my application is processed before the CAP fills.
Kindly advice.

Your application will be treated as a fresh application. No - you won't get any type of priority.

I need some help regarding settlement fund. Can someone show amount shown in ‘Employee Provident Fund statement (EPFO)' as a part of settlement fund. Please note that this statement would include provident fund contribution that an employer deducts from the salary every month & the similar contribution is made by employer, as per government rule. Please suggest if they can included as part of settlement funds.

You can take printout of EPFO balance of your passbook and submit. They will accept.

My question is that I have submitted my file in August, Can I change my current job now and later on I inform CIC about that??? Is it possible??? Or I continue this job till decision will be make?? and My new job is totally different from current job (Different NOC)

Please give me your opinion....

Hi Guys...

Finally I got Medical and PCC request from NDVO , I am 12th May applicant.

I need little help on your experience as I am getting little bit confused about the PCC application.

I have a passport of Bhopal and I live in Pune. Just confused where should I apply for it. I am in Bhopal tomorow and I thought if my address in Passport is same I can directly get PCC from Bhopal PSK without any local police verification.

But someone told me I have to goto local police station to get clearance and then present it to PSK.

So I am little confused what should I do in this case, should I goto Pune and apply there and wait for few days. Or Bhopal. I need to submit these on 4th December. Please let me know if anyone went thru this before

File was returned on 24 July 2014 but I had received it on 4 Oct 14. No I did not get any mail from CIC.

There is no problem in changing your job even if it is in diffrent noc. You can inform Your VO after your file is transfered after PER
