what is issue here as IMM5406 is for family details not for NOC & exp.
pls explain in detail.

Before i explain in detail here is the answer to all people -

the date it was received by CIC - 6th june 2014
the date it was received back physical file by you - 25th October 2014
the date on the letter of rejection by CIC - 5th Sep 2014
ur City(where u live and were it was delivered) - New Delhi , india

I live in supposedly most well connected areas in one of the most connected cities of our country and this took me almost 50 days to reach.

My problem is i got a letter attached on that letter -
It says this - A review of your app indicated you do not meet criteria of Regulation 10 IRPA. The app is returned due to this reason.

Below that it says this -

- Please see the highlighted items on the enclosed checklist or the enclosed appendix.

On page 1, following words are highlighted -

1. Important Information
2. NOTE

Nothing else is highlighted, NOTE explains the NOC skills and all nothing much but in the end it says it is possible that your roles are not matching to 1123 BUT NOTHING OF THIS IS HIGHLIGHTED its a generic letter nothing else is explained, detailed or confirmed that this is matching / not matching.

When i go to Appendix..
In that, 1 line is fully highlighted, which is about IMM5406, i know i made a mistake did not fill out all fields so it is not accepted.

So in total only 1 line is highlighted while the rejection reason mentioned in RULE 10 IRPA

What i can infer is what i am confused, is it i need an LOR matching the roles of 1123 or IMMR 5406 is the reason is the question.

I am going to modify both but just want to confirm from anyone else who had same reason.

Did anyone got rejected for roles not matching. ?

you will again have to wait 3 months atleast to get payment charged and another one month avg to get per.

i m amazed that again u applied and wanted to use CC........i dont know why even after reading thousand times people still use CC and takes its risk without mitigating them! wish u good luck but u should have used DD the very first time and this time as well.

I am sorry to know about your application!
you will have to wait another four months ! your NOC is a cold one and probably you should be good.

Guys,
My application was received on July 14, used secondary school certificate as BC. But I realized later that my wife's SSC does not have her parents' name. So, I got affidavit done by her parents and sent on September 9. Simultaneously, I wrote a mail to CIO explaining everything, attached scan copy of affidavit and asked them to match the additional document to my application. Yesterday, I have received following reply from CIO after 45 days.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Good afternoon,
Please be advised that your application has been received and the documents submitted have been attached. Your file is in initial processing and you will be contacted in due course.
Thank you,
I believe my application has passed the completeness check, waiting for CC Charge.
Seems so, good luck.
It doesnt show me anything. it means they havent begun to process my application? Although i know my uci from previous syudent and work visas, still not showing any status.
You are Aug 14 applicants. Wait for 1 month. ECAS updated after charging/dd encashment.
I agree DD are definitely safer than CC!! However money order are the safest!!only thing with money order is that you would not be able to know if its encashed!
Hi all,
I have my PER (received on 18th Oct) and I am waiting for MR.
Meanwhile I am planning to get my PCC done. Also, I am planning to renew my passport as it is getting expired by June-2015.
Mu query, is it fine if PCC is done based on old passport and later I will renew passport and send new passport details to NDVO once I receive MR.
Please suggest.
There is no issue on this. You can explain it in cover letter with the photocopy of old passport.
No cap updated since last 2 weeks, seems something big gonna happen in a single shot.. :o
I have a feeling that some caps will reach the limit and they will update at one time. So I agree with you.
Hi,
I am filling HDFC Visa Credit Card details in the FEE Payment Form. I am just concerned if it generates One Time Password when CIC tries to charge my card. Due to which my application might be returned.
Could someone please share your experience who has done the payment through HDFC Credit Card (Visa). Will it ask for one time password at CIC end ?
Thanks in advance
You mean my experience letter?
@pdemello: Brother, can you please share more details regarding the return of your package...such as: have you received the package already?, your current location etc.. I am a June 10th applicant from India, no CC charge and no response to email sent around a month back. Appreciate any information you can provide. Thank you.
Few days back I described the process of getting PCC from commissioner's office in Bangalore,India. In Bangalore at least, getting PCC is faster through commissioner's office than through PSK if the current address is different from passport address.
However, since this forum is so much popular the thread crated by me got pushed back in the queue. Sharing here the link for all the folks in Bangalore who want to know the procedure for PCC
