Dear KSQ,

PCC is ONLY needed from each COUNTRY you and any dependent of yours who is above 18 has lived for upwards of 6 months.

PCC is required per COUNTRY not per city.

Thanks

thanks

Hi all
A general question to all those who got MR request. Did VO put some deadline to submit MR results or is it an open request?.

I am not finding this funny at all...We all deserve an apology from CIC for failing to fulfill their promise of once-a-week cap update. Or are they taking us for granted because of the interest we have shown in re-locating to Canada? they should at least post a line on their blog telling us to be patient or what do you think? Esteemed forumites?

Good point. May be Canada is not the perfect country that we try to picture in our minds? :)

If someone's passport gonna expire in 4 months .. He should apply with old passport or he should try will new one
urgent

Ideally renew the passport and then apply, but if hard pressed on time, then apply with old passport, renew the passport before PER and inform VO of new passport after PER.

Guys which date applications are being processed now days? My application reached on 17 july.

CIC is government body. Don't judge Canada by how CIC behaves. That's the way most of the government offices worldwide operate. In each of our home countries they are even worse, lets admit it. So lets compare an apple to an apple and not apples to oranges. :)
The corporate world, though, is very disciplined in Canada and that's where we will be. Also remember that no country will be 100% perfect. We need to accept the flaws and keep expectations accordingly. :)

Hi guys, needed help ...

1) In form IMM 0008 Schedule 3 , there is a question no. 7c , which says " Is your accomnying spouce or common law partner proficient proficient in English or French ? " YES or NO ?

I'm applying alone without any spouse or children , so in this case ... Should I select NO or shall I leave it blank ?

2) In the same form , I have to mention my work experience details ... In the same section there is a column for mentioning MAIN DUTIES ...

Now the main duties are really extensive and in various points ... One simply cannot specify the duties in such a narrowed down space ... What to do in this case ? Do I need to attach an extra letter for this , as I don't have enough space ... If so, then what is that letter called ? and how to write that letter ? ....

3) In another form , I have to mention all the residential addresses from the age of 18 ... Now the problem is that , there is one column which says to write " STREET AND NUMBER " and the next column says to write " POSTAL CODE/ZIP CODE "...

Now the problem is the place where I lived for 3 years, doesn't have any street number neither the postal code / zip code ... The address only contains , the house number , the block name , the road name , city name and the country name ... What to do in this case ?
