Strange thing happening !

Tell you how, yesterday i got TWO -1, i agree may be some post i did for asking/requesting ppl to maintain the decorum @ forum. I agree ppl might have rated me poor on that, if thought some offensive post. But today i only did my 4 regular dashboard update from SS, still (-1) today. No idea why. I don't mind having (-1) but my worry is who is that unsatisfied person or what i did wrong with whomsoever. Can that one be straight forward or brave enough to talk to me, if not can he/she PM to me. As CANOL mentioned, which is really a good part. Atleast share your feedback if (rated poor) so that we can improve the statement. we will take it in a positive approach only.

Are you affected with these +1's and -1's.

As you say that your just posting an update is also resulting in -1, it could be that someone might be playing a prank on you.

What i would suggest is that, you should not be worried about these -1's as they are not harming you in anyway also +1 is not doing any advantage to you, relax and keep doing the good work that you already are doing, don't worry about the remarks.

Get charged and bring back you positive spirit as there are miles to go. Good Luck !!!

It has been 11 days since CIC updated the cap. Usually they would be updating the cap every tuesday or every saturday.

I guess they are waiting for NOC-1112 to reach the 1000 cap and give the 2nd shock to all the applicants (after what they did with 2174 NOC).

Anyone here share the same sentiments as me ?

Yes. Or they might be waiting for 2174 to actually reach at 1000 (as it seems the last update is based on conpleteness check). :

In my case my consulate make a new mail I'd but didn't share the password with us. I have already sent a mail from my personal id to CIC on 17 sept. Will I expect the reply?

Request help from NOC 2171 friends to let me know if below job description passes perfectly for 2171 and if I need not be worried.

I have been carrying out all these duties. My application received date is 3rd July (paid by DD) and while I am awaiting DD charge and PER, for my peace of mind, request some one from NOC 2171 (preferably SAP consultants/managers) to review and let me know if all is well as far as my job description goes.

I had to rely on e-mail and signature from reporting manager as HR denied giving me experience letter in CIC prescribed format.
I also included print out of HR denial e-mail as part of my application package sent to CIC.

i dont know why and how people are predicting that still after closing of noc 2174, the september applicants will be under cap.........what i am seeing is that hardly even any mid july applicant will be under cap......its over folks. the last applicants under cap were those of 1st week of July. the game is over for 2174. good luck.

September 2174 applicants will not be in cap, only those whose App received date is before September. Plus-minus of several days. Next information from CIC cap will give me more accuracy in prediction.
