Can someone please give me some idea what employment requirement is about ?

Employment requirements is the minimum basic conditions that must be fulfilled for applying to a particular NOC. For example, NOC 2172:

Employment requirements
A bachelor's degree, usually in computer science or in mathematics
or
Completion of a college program in computer science is usually required.
Computer programming experience is usually required.

hi every one

i applied to FWS 2013 BUT cic returned my application as incomplete ,because i did not submite the ECA REPORT.now i applied to FWD2014 and i collected the 70 points as initial assessment.my Q is ::: The cic recieved my application yesterday the mail sent about 5 days in airmail but when i tracked my application online,i saw elivered to: DONNIE CITIZENSHIP & IMMIGRATION ? what is DONNIE IS IT THE NAME OF PERSON OR WHAT????? PLEASE TELL ME


And also when i expect to hear about my application Current Status ? if approve or not

I wish I am wrong, does your score of 70 points is calculated with your 5 points (spouse adaptability)?

You needed 4.5 in all sections except speaking 4.0

If the file is arranged in order of Days Since Recvd. (Column F), we find that there are many who have entries with CC/DD Encashed (Light Green) and PER received (Dark Green) but seem to be in "At CPC" status. Is this a reflection of CIC processing method or is it because people have not updated their status on the sheet? Please let me know kind seniors on this forum.

i have two email in my inbox from delhiimmigration for my MR and PCC but i have confusion

1st mail indicate request for my MR, PCC and passport pages. [come at 1:00 PM]

2nd mail have just one line : ** Kindly ignore the request letter sent earlier*** [come at 1:30 PM]

Disregard this. It is not considered while assessing application with relation to your NOC.

canada list says 2172 is only 72 / 1000

CIC list says 72 ,,BUT THAT SPREADSHEET says 98 ??? ??? ??? ??? ???
why is like that? which one should I believe ?
unlike other NOC ,for 2172 CIC TABLE shows LESS !!!

I have received my PER and updated sheet.

I have two questions:
1. How do I get to know when my file is transferred to Local visa office?
2. I have few minor tax dues not paid yet with income tax department. My application has complete details and form16 submitted. So while doing background check do you think this will be a problem. Is it suggested i go ahead and clear these dues?

Please guide.

I wanted to know that after receiving the PER and informing CIC and NDVO about pregnancy, does the entire process or MR only gets delayed.
Another thing how would I know that the file has reached the NDVO other than the ECAS status update.
I had a question regarding the file transfered to NDVO. When does that happen immediately after the PER is received??

Please help me out seniors.
