You will have to send your fingerprints along with fee payment form.

You can download the fingerprint card and fee payment form from FBI website. Or normally the agency from where you will get the fingerprints done will have all the required forms.

Send it to the FBI address available on website and it will take at least 12 weeks once your application has reached their office.

I dont think PCC can be given for 1 year validity..Today morning i spoke to the police guy and he said it can be given only till you application date, If there is an year validity you are free to do anything unusual as we will have a police clearance for an year. I am not sure how CIC wants it ad am also lost, I am not sure if i have jumped the gun,, I am yet to receive MR

I need to present three countries PCC (India, Singapore & Australia) and I had PCC from Singapore and Australia already which they issued 1 and 3 months back. I have already crossed check with Authority, how long this certificate is valid? They said, for Canada, its normally valid for 1 year. Also from the above your statement, which application date they refer to! Your PCC application date! If so its not validity, its the assessment period that they assesses or monitor your character from this date to your application date. But once the certificate is issued, its valid for 1 year.
