2014-08-26 PER - Positive Eligibility via email

2014-09-15 email - we received your application on 05/13/2014

2014-09-30 We have started to process your application 09/30/2014

2014-10-16 Request for Medical/Passport/Fees Request

Sounds incorrect information because CIC does NOT request for MR and PP together !

Guys I have a doubt...I am about to send my returned application today(received yesterday)

I have my old POF letter from bank. Can I use the same letter, as my branch manager is out of station and will come only after 3 to 4 days. If any other person apart from him signs is ok..?

Or else Shall I send the Old POF with the pacakage and afterwards send it as a additional docuement to CIC.

and on a general note...If someones spouse conceives during the process. Do i have to intimate or wait till PER..?

Recently I observed that many CC/DD charged or PER given to NOC:2173, I think it will get cap quickly. What do you say?
I am 4th July applicant - NOC 2173 .... getting update quite frequently from this forum .... but mine is DD. Have to wait more!

Hi Guys need urgent advice.

I am getting a job in India, but they are looking for 2.5 years commitment.

Status of my Canadian PR. I m 7 may applicant and sent MR, PCC and RPRF. So if seniors can advice, how can i retain my PR status alive with this job for atleast 2 yrs.

Until last year it was like that. This year they have adopted a new policy. I wouldn't be surprised if they sent it together.

Take a leave go to Canada. Land there apply for PR and come back. Later try to take a transfer to Canada if your company has branches there.

When you are done go to Canada and settle there. Its valid for 5 years. and you have to stay 3 of 5 years( think so) to maintain your PR.
