Hello Guys....I finally mailed out my application today for NOC 2172 and its scheduled to reach CIO-Sydney on 20 Oct.

I want to thank all the forum members for all the help and clarification throughout the application preparation. All the posts and the replies are of great help in clarifying a lot of doubts.

Have already updated the spreadsheet as well.

I just contacted one of my friend who is consultant.
she told me after medicals it can take 3 months for PPR .

So we should just sit back and relax

have some patience, they should be able to to trace your package !
suggest you to wait for a couple of days for them to revert

Congratulations to everybody who got their CC/DD charges, PERs, MR and PPR recently – especially those of NOC 2174 whose hope had been shattered.

I would like to share a sad story with you: I am applying with a lawyer from Toronto, and my application got ready to go Thursday October 9th .

My lawyer called a courier – Purolator – to pick up my application and take it to the CIO. The estimated date of delivery was Tuesday the 14th. I was following up Purolator's tracking every 5 minutes, and saw that since Friday no line was added after the pickup.

So Tuesday morning I called Purolator to ask where my parcel was.... And they haven't found it since! My application, with all my certified copies, original IELTS, original WES was lost!

Purolator claims the address label fell off... Officially, they are still searching, but after 3 full days I've lost hope.

I'm not really sure whose fault it was (Lawyer or Purolator), but I'm really pissed off. I have to start from scratch again...

Thank god my NOC (0013) is cool so I'll probably have time to apply in the two weeks is going to take me to get everything ready again.

My hunch, they mistakenly update the cap. no way there should be any charge after cap update. From last year experience, we observe sudden stoppage of charging 1112 and 2174 and then cap update.

Hi All,

Congratulations to all who have got cc charged and got MR!

I need some advise, I got my PER on Oct 2nd, waiting for MR and my VO is NDVO.

And now, I am moving to UK for a year from Jan 2015, and my wife will join me after few months, so if I get MR request before that then its well and good.

But in case I do not get before that then is it advisable to take this chance or I will let this opportunity go and stay back in India till I get my PR.

Please suggest what are the options I have.

You will inform them on address change to foreign jurisdiction via CSE. Then NDVO will transfer file to LVO.

As what I understand from the post, he just telling what he got in duplicate report. He said that his application returned but I did not find anywhere he mentioned that because of Duplicate WES report his application returned

Same here to me as well. PER on 18 august and second line ecas status was updated on September 26 and this wait is killing me day by day. I think NDVO has piled up the applications belonging from Nepal.
