the only solution was to add the right documents now but as of file reached on July 15 so it has been checked now and you cannot add any documents to it, you will need to wait until they process your date and if you are lucky they will pass it and if not so your money will not charged and they will send the file back

I have other application on 25th of July that one which missed the name in the declaration area in the generic form do you see is it an issue.

well, yeah. i think from experience here on this forum, it depends, sometimes some reported they forget to write names in native language and it passed while others forget other things and it is returned. for both 15 and 25 July applications, it is over now to add any documents, you will have to wait and hope. nothing else

Hello everybody,

does anyone know how to provide evidence like this?

proof of full custody for children under the age of 18 and proof that the children may be removed from the jurisdiction of the court?


If you are not the biological parent and the child was adopted, you need to show proof i.e. adoption papers.
If you are a single parent, the other parent needs to give you something in writing that he/she gives you permission to leave
the jurisdiction with the child. If you were granted custody of a child...you must present the order that the court made
but it must be full/sole custody.. hope this helps. ]

I mean in the period that waiting for the FSW-2014 surely the EE-2015 will begin, so those who have no clue on their application with FSW-2014 program to apply in EE-2015 ?! any roamer hint?

I started my banking career as a Funds Transfer Officer for about a 1 yr nd 2 months and I was uplifted to the position of Cash Officer (Bank Teller/Clerk Supervisor) and Service Leader(relief) for 3 yrs 4 months. Will my experience as Funds Transfer Officer be recorgnised under NOC 1212 bcos Funds Transfer Officer (not Funds Transfer Teller/Clerk) is a prerequisite function required to function as as Cash Officer(Bank Teller Supervisor) & Service Manager (Bank Operation Team Supervosor).

According to CIC NOC 2011, will cic consider d Surpvisors in this dunit perform some or all of this duties:

Among other duties which involve d last one on the list above, will this last duty cover the Funds Transfer functions? I need your advice bcos my point is 67 on the dot.

I m also 1212 applicant and i hv also worked as officer prior to my supervisory experience but i m not claiming points for the officer level job because it pertains to noc 1434 which is skill type C job... So ur experience as fund trf off will not be counted in noc 1212...and remember it all depends on ur ref. Letter...

I just realized a huge Mistake: I included A copy of my ECA instead of Original.

From experience, what can i do , what should i expect and how could this play out for me eventualy.
