They generally won't provide any info without FILE# (Not UCI).

When they ask for the reason, tell them that you have applied for Canada FSWP.
As per IDP rules, Canada/Auz immigration aspirants are entitled for 2 copies.

How much they charge for additional copy and how much time yhey took for same?

I just got a message on my mobile that my transaction was unsuccessful because of a daily limit for internet charging. I called the bank and they changed the limit but i do not know whether cic will try once again to charge me. Do you know how to call them and tell them that?

CIC will make another 2 attempts on charging. Wait for a week and keep us posted
