You are telling you send on 5th September. So count 30 working days (that is exclude saturday and sunday and other official holidays in between). I don't think 30 working days is over. Have patience. They will gonna respond soon.

But it's been more than a month that I send e-mail to CIC. If it takes only 30 working days to reply the mail, why they are taking such a long time? I don't know how much time they're gonna take.

The reason job duty letter is not as per guidelines doesn't really mean it has been rejected for the fact that he sent a photocopy of reference letter. It seems more like he didn't include all the information required by CIC in his reference letter.

we r working together in same organisation and we made same job duties certificate (identical).
only thing which was different is "NAMES". he sent his docs by himself. i sent my docs to my lawyer in canada then he sent them to CIC.
my lawyer did not attached "AGENT FORM"
i received my PER mail on 9th oct. on my email ID only. as in generic form i wrote my email ID.
anywaz...we applied again but this time with original JOB DUTIES CERTIFICATE and with spouse certificate

hi mate, whether u believe it or not, my friend got his packet back, anywayz its weird as we have seen that someone got his packet back due to ielts result got outdated ( apllicant sent docs on 9th may, reached on 12th may, & ielts valid upto 22 may)...but he got rejected!!
and yes its mentioned on their website that ielts must be valid at the time of receiving....
nobody is misguiding here
we all r sharing our own experience....and no body is forcing U to do watever is said on this forum.....
now back on ur Question, wat i learnt from my lawyer, if at the time of interview they ask for Experience certificate then there are two options
1). get two certificates (send one with application and keep the other)
2). get a fresh one later ( it is accepted)

Hello seniors
how do I check if my WES report is viewable online by CIC??
In logging into my account in WES it shows Service Level: FSWP Credential Assessment. How do I know if mine is the basic package.. According to WES, I paid them $237 in July 2013 for evaluation.
I dont want to waste time later on when CIC can't see my reports online. Sorry if I'm being a noob I guess this question must have been asked a thousand times before!

I sent my Letters of recommendation photocopies
I got them notarized/attested by a lawyer as true copies
and I have received PER

thats wat i was trying to explain!!
to be on safer side, if we r sending a photocopy then try to get it attested and then send it.
rest i 101% believe that all what matters is UR LUCK...

I am 12th June Applicant. My initial application was complete with all respect. Experience letter attached with the application fullfill all check list requirement, but brief summary of my JD.

However, i felt to more eleborate my job descriptions. So i got new experience letters with more detailed JD. i sent those additional document and those were received on Sep 19 by CIC.

After that my CC was charged on 30th September and received PER on October 8.

I am still not sure whether they included document sent afterward or not. Should i send a mail to London visa office or send them those document again with a cover letter. Please advise.

Congratulations for PER. I think you should update visa office once you get communication from your vo.

Has anyone got PCC from SP office Noida

I wanted to know the process and documents required. Also how much time they take to issue the certificate?

Get PCC from PSK(Passport seva kendra) gaziabad.
I am going to PSK GZD on 16th Oct. Will let you know how it goes.
Note: Now you can pay online for PCC on http://passportindia.gov.in/AppOnlineProject/welcomeLink and get the PCC very next day.

Maybe he has sent a not notarized photocopy? Than that is a clear reason for rejection. All copies of documents not in English/French must be notarized. A self-made photocopy is not acceptable.
