BC Affidavit from Indian embassy is not acceptable.........

I am also in same situation . Is this correct? Orginal BC which is other language can be supported with an affadavit from Embassy right? For those who born in other countries (But Citizen of india )

Hello Seniors,
I wanted to know that after receiving the PER and informing CIC and NDVO about pregnancy, does it delay the process of MR or the entire process.
Another thing how would I know that the file has reached the NDVO other than the ECAS status update.

Please help me out seniors.

Thanking the seniors in advance.

Hello seniors. Have a confusion about self addressed envelopes that are to be sent with the application. In the application guide it specifically asks to "Affix sufficient postage" but some friends here saying to send envelopes only with name and other required information and no postage stamps are required. Please advise should I also attach postage stamps on envelopes or just plain envelopes with my name address etc on them?

About to courier application, when verified the checklist, got stuck at this point :

Children's information :
1. Birth certificate (Included)
2. Proof of full custody for children under the age 18 and proof that the children may be removed from the jurisdiction of the court? -- What does this mean? What should we submit? We are from India

Dear Seniors,

Regarding NDVO it seems that they have started issuing MR for 14th, 15th & 16th May applicant , but referring SS it seems that there are atleast 40 odds application from May-1 to May-13 still there with status being "In Process".Even if their "PER" dates are considered it seems FIFO is not being followed coz i think atleast "Start of Processing should have been intimated" if application are being of complex nature. Please comment.....

Hi Team,

Need some help.

One of my friends has done GNIIT 3 years course in India. In participation with Kuvempu University, NIIT offered lateral entry for Bachelors Degree (BSC IT) to him. Which enabled them to get that 3 years bachelors degree in 2 years time. So now he got GNIIT cert for 3 years and a Bachelors Degree from Kuvempu.

My question is does WES recognize this as equivalent to Bachelors Degree?

Can he apply for Masters Course in Canada?

How many points he can claim for education while applying for Express entry 2015.

Appreciate your help here

Anyone has related info.?

Hi Seniors,
I am planning to send some additional documents (BC copies for myself and spouse in English, I'll also attach high school marksheet as an additional support), as you guys suggested I'll mail these documents with all the required details, I'll email as well as fax them.
Just a question, should I send them email and fax after they receive additional documents or should I send it when I mail the documents?

Your expert advice needed!

Thanks

Thank you!

I have another question regarding home loan, planning to go for a home loan which is 75% of property value. And if I consider this as liability and deduct in the deposit what I have, then I will not meet the required funds, I got PER, is it ok if I go for loan at this stage or not advisable? Or should I wait till I get visa ( being optimistic that I will get it :) )

Forgot to mention that, loan amount is high compared to what I have as settlement fund and settlement fund will be intact, and if at all I go for loan then do I need to update local VO?

Hello guys, I am stuck at one point in the application.
I have a relative in Canada and have all the documents needed for the proof of relationship.
But the issue is that the first name of my grandfather in my relative's documents is mentioned as 'Mohammed' and in my father's documents its listed as 'Mohammad'.
I am confused if this small difference in the first name will cause any issue.

it should not .....
