I have filed my application for Federal Skilled worker under NOC code 2171. I have missed keeping Checklist document in my application. Can anyone please tell me if it will impact my application. Or is there any way i can send the checklist to CIC.

Hi

You only required international passport and birth certficate in order to get 100 points. Also please keep in mind, if you stayed in Victoria or Queensland before, you need to submit traffic history report as well. I have already received my PCC and traffic report from Australia.

Please go through the AFP guidelines, they have mention it as International passport or International proof of standardized ID.

Hi, I am still trying to help a friend out. I remember seeing someone post a few days back that their application was returned because their ECA was done before April 13, 2013.

Anyone remember who that person was?

Seniors please help,

A friend of mine is going to apply for FSW but she is facing an issue with WES. She did a WES report back in 2009 and CIC regulations states that the report must be issued on or after April 17, 2013. WES told her that they cannot re-evaluate her documents to issue a new report because it was already evaluated in 2009 and cannot change the date. Therefore, she cannot get a new WES report issued in 2014.

Any suggestions what she should do now? Anyone had a similar experience?
