Hey!! I think it is not just optimism, a bit of logic too. Do you know of any thing in your app which is not as per guidelines, which would warrant return of your app? If not, I strongly believe, it is only a matter of time before you get the good news.

I sincerely wish you get the good news. Good Luck!!

Thanks, my best wishes to you as well. I missed to attached spouse's BC...thats the only concern

friends, its my first post here and have very important question please lead me if there is a way to apply again:
I applied as a skilled worker in 2009 after a few years waiting I got an letter on July 2013 that my application was refused as inadmissible as per section 40(1)(a) !!! and I cant make a new application until July 2015 . its unthinkable that they found a stupid mistake in my bank statement from bank ( a minor document without any point ) and after that I got a letter from bank to resolve this problem but they didn't believe me and refused my application very easily .
question is: I m waiting until this year and I don't have any chance for new program in 2015 because I have 44 years old and my age is over . if I send my application in last December they review my case about 4 or 5 month later that and I miss only 2 month to over this 2 years . let me know if you know a way to apply this year.
really appreciate to answer it. :-[

Forgive me if I sound blunt, but do you really want it at this stage of your life? It is hard as it is, but a fresh start from here is all the more difficult. If you are really serious I recommend you hire a lawyer to represent your case..There is a forum, 'Federal Skilled Worker Class Action Lawsuit', you should post your question there and see if anyone has some advise for you. Once again, I apologize for the candid remark, no offense meant.

HELLO EVERY ONE,

I HEARD FROM A CONSULTANCY FIRM THAT NDVO HAS HIRED PRIVATE AGENCY TO CHECK ALL JOB RELATED DOCUMENTS AND GOING EACH AND EVERY EMPLOYER TO CHECK JOB DETAILS WHICH WE ARE MENTIONING.

HOW FAR IT IS TRUE? KINDLY SHARE THE EXPERIENCE THOSE HAVE ALREADY GOT THEIR PER, MR FROM NDVO OR ANY OTHER PERSON?

THANKS YOU IN ADVANCE TO EVERY ONE.

CHEERS

PIKU

Consultancy Firms spread false info. Checks are done wherever VO feels it is necessary, not for every case.

But what makes you feel so worried?

+1 for wishing good. I also think, it would be efficient on the part of SGVO to work together for both FSW2013 and FSW2014 :P :P :P :P

Need to check my ECAS now. ;) ;) ;)

Hi everyone,

I attempted Ielts recently, My score was quite normal ... I can still apply with this ielts result. I'm planning to give ielts exam again but there is a risk that may be I will score lesser than the previous one or something else.

Now, my question is that ... Lets say if I again give ielts exam and I score less than previous one ... then of course, I will submit my previous ielts report. But I am confuse, If I'll re-attend the ielts exam, so my previous ielts report will be still valid to apply for FSW or it doesn't matter that how many times you attend ielts ... you can submit any ielts result report you want , as long as it is valid and not expired.

Please help ..

Rebel,

You can appear for IELTS tests, how many ever times you want and use the best result of the various tests. Results of 2 tests cannot be clubbed though.

However, request you to have patience and not repeat questions, that too in RED at intervals of 3 minutes.

Whoever knows the answer and is available online will definitely answer your question in a reasonable amount of time. Thanks :)
