Guys, yesterday I realized that I made a crucial mistake in my application. I didn't mention my wife's maiden name in generic form, as I check NO in box for previous name (stupid mistake) :'(. I am 6 August applicant.
Now I think to write to inquiry email and explain everything. Can someone suggest me what to write, do I have any chances to avoid rejection.

Am I invisible or no one can/wish help me. Come on guys, we all want the same thing...

Do send your spouse's application under 2281 (242 filled till now) at the earliest. 2173 should be touch and go for late Sept, so why take chances ?

It's hard to me to collect the document agine also I have one ILETS report already I send it with the application

me the same case i sent it 2 Spet reached WES 26 sept and still waiting for documents on the website

i contacted mentioning the tracking number and who received the package and waiting for reply.

My friend had also emailed them quoting the reference no but they simply replied that they're waiting for payment to proceed further

For 2174 it seems that 800 was like a psychological point after which they switched gears. Once they saw 817 figure they quickly reviewed their queue and updated that 1000 cap will be reached within the current queue itself . The update came only for 2174 and also at an odd time. I really hope my hunch is not wrong.

My guess for 1112 is that in next 10-12 days they will put up the 1000 cap filled status... immediately after 800 is crossed. so just 59 more to go for 1112. Let's see how it goes..

Probably ... but 1112 applications didnt go in as fast at 2174 .... Next in line will be NOC1112 but it will take its sweet time ...

CONGRATS, ECAS is not directly linked with application process. Will take sometime.
Give them couple of weeks, Your case is very good, do not worry.

Dear Seniors,

I have diabetes for almost 10 years now and I take metrofin and diamicron MR on regular bases. My HBA1C level is about 8.5. My cholesterol level is slightly high too.
Has anyone of you had similar experience? Is it a good idea not to mention it in Medical test.Can anyone advise what tests exactly they will perform?

Received Medical Request after long waiting. However happiness ended in a minute as i have been requested to get Australian PCC. I have stayed in Australia from 2008 to 2009. Please guys if anyone has applied for Australian PCC kindly guide me as i need to submit documents within 30 days. Please urgent help needed.

Do not let frustration creep in..You have done a great job by getting MR. Australian PCC should not be very difficult. You can check with someone who has been to Australia for more than 6 months and has already produced the PCC.

Also, in case you are sincere in your efforts to get the Australian PCC, but this gets delayed due to factors beyond your control, VO will extend the deadline..You will need to request them for the same giving all details why process is getting delayed, just in case.

@specter... Please send a revised Generic form with the correction of your wife's maiden name along with a cover letter to CIC office in Nova Scotia... Make sure your cover letter states the following:
Your Full Name
Date of Birth
Passport No.
Original Application Received date
UCI no. (if applicable)

State the subject as: Resubmission of Generic Form due to missing maiden name for spouse

After the courier reaches CIC office, send an email to CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry @ cic.gc.ca with the details of courier and restating the cover letter content and requesting confirmation if the document is attached to your original application.

PS: Missing wife's maiden name may not be a reason for rejection, but you should do the above for your peace of mind

I am not an expert, but considering your frustration at not receiving a response, decided to respond to your question.

In my opinion, I dont think it will make a huge difference, these are mistakes that do not have a direct bearing on the decision. You may choose to send a revised version of the form as additional document for peace of mind.

Just wanted to share the evaluation result for 10+3 engineering diploma from India, equivalent education in Canada is "secondary school diploma and diploma (two years)" this fetches 19/25 points for education.

Payment should have been done online ..Status changes immediately to reflect the payment recd by WES.

In your friends case, he/she may have to wait for the DD to be encashed.

it's already been 40 days after they received the doc, is it normal time frame for DD realization in canada??
