Looking at what happened with NOC 2174, I am bit scared about NOC 2173.

My application was received on 13th August and I am worried If I will fall under the CAP or not???? Currently as per Oct 10th update for my NOC 2173 it shows 425.

Seniors am I still in the CAP? or will CIC shock us like what they did for 2174.

Also, while preparing a new application, please check and apply in any alternate NOC rather than 1112 as 1112 is already at 741 and any new application sent now will surely not fall within the CAP.

CC Charge: 28 August 2014
PER: 09 Sept 2014

Please help me out on this and also tell me that when i validate i can type my Name on the signature section. Do i need to tyype my name or just sign that form after completion. I mean writing the date and signatures by hand. Kindly also help about below query.

I need help regarding the IMM-0008 Form. In section 12, CIC is asking for previous countries of residence in past five years. I am confused because i went to UK for Study purpose in Year 2007. Thereafter, in 2009, my status was changed to "Post Study Work Visa".

I want to ask what shall i put in status section ? Shall i choose other and write "Post Study Work" or simply choose "worker".
