Should i apply through consultant?

For IELTS? Not if you are confident enough.
If you are referring to the application, you should not, easily saves you a $1000. Just go through the rejection reasons on the spreadsheet, that will practically cover all possible oversights.

HI All i am really Tired of Refreshing my EMAIL and SPAM folders , My app was received on 10Th June , CC was charged BUT NO PER till now , I can see in the Forum 16th June applicants started receiving PER , Does that mean 10th june application processing is finished ?? Please share your experiences

I have a question. My vo is NDVO. I submitted 3 PCCs...Surat, Mumbai and Mohali...currently I'm residing at Mohali. During MR, I HAVE TO SUBMIT ONLY MOHALI PCC AS SURAT AND MUMBAI PCC HAVE NOT ANY VALIDITY. AM I RIGHT? SENIOR PLS HELP. THANKS.

Absolutely..I noticed someone sent you the links to WES, register online and pay the fees. You can always post your doubts and questions on the forum while filling up the forms, many generous and helpful people here.
