Maybe those 10% did get their PERs and did not bother to come back to the forum to update the SS :). Lets keep it at "No new is good news". The thing that is making me worried is the time it takes for the application to reach me through the snail mail (in case it has been rejected). I heard that the month of November is the latest month before we can apply/re-apply. The more i think about it the more worried i get. Anyways lets hope for good news.

You are optimism personified, I wish you all the very best. May your words come true.

Thanks Diplmatru, question was based on an applicant's query as mentioned below where Canadian PCC was being asked or in case applicant's need to declare their stay in Canada for over 6 months to be shown in travel history then what should be done? :)

Hi All,

Could anyone please put light on the process for RCMP Finger prints for CANADA Huh. I am Currently in India but have stayed in Canada for 2 years.

Thanks

Still ans remains same
He doesn't need Canadian Pcc unless visa officer asks him for the same in later stage.
I don't think so in his case cic asked him for Canadian Pcc . He is just over doing things

Disclaimer : for Canadian immigration we don't need Pcc from Canada even if u have stayed in Canada for more than 6th month, unless visa officer asks for it .

I know the feeling...I have given up though, absolutely no reason to feel optimistic about my chances (failed to attach spouse's BC). What bothers me is that July 7th and July 12th applicants received their packages back.

Some July 7th applicants already got their packages back ! Bloody hell !

Seniors Apologies is very small thing in front of this platform you are providing to all.

You may have idea how much savings you are doing for others and they have sense of satisfaction.

Mistake in my experience certificate which i sent to cic, they wrote annual salary for my monthly salary, however amount is correct in the payslip and the it is clear in the my bank statement that the amount is monthly.

Seniors, any chance of rejection because of such mistake :'(

sir u mean they have reached till july 12 applications?

Sir, it does look like it! One of the applicants was definitely from India (he was kind enough to respond to my query), so assuming an optimistic timeline, it might have take a month. So based on that assumption, I guess July applications may have gone through the completeness checks already. So, we can infer and apply that to our situations depending on how optimistic or pessimistic we are!! Anyways, best of luck to you.
