Can you confirm if the the letter (job duties not on letter head) was included in the application that got charged or it was one of the reasons for rejection?

Appreciate your response here.

Credit Card charged today morning.
Application received date: 19-Jun, NOC 2174

I had originally applied on 7th May, application was returned on 13-Jun because I forgot to send original WES report. Send back the application with new information the next day.
Also, my job duties were not on Company letter-head, they were written on a blank paper signed by my previous manager. I provided supporting document like offer letter, salary slips and promotion letters.

NOC is irrelevant. They don't process MRs by NOC.

Hi

I am currently in Canada, recently completed my Masters and residing in Quebec.
I am looking to apply for FSW under NOC 2241 (Electrical and electronics engineering technologists and technicians) as I do have 13 months of working experience as Radio Frequency Engineer.

I need to know the following.

1. Is it safe to apply for FSW under NOC 2241. And does any one has any idea about the cap for this particular NOC
2. Since I am living in Canada, I have been told by a friend of mine that If I apply for FSW I be getting PNP and not FSW
3. I am residing in Quebec, would it be having any effect on my FSW application. However I don`t wish to stay and live in Quebec once I get my PR

Thanks

1. Check the cap page and spreadsheet. You are ok but don't dawdle.

2. Not true. They are completely separate programs.

3. No effect, but you can't do your landing in Quebec nor can you say that you intend to live in Quebec.

No, it is not.

It is required if the document is not in English/French.

the English or French translation; and
an affidavit from the person who completed the translation; and
a certified copy of the original document.

My assumption is they might have done some major mistake n ur application and got ur file back. now they want to send it back with a new DD....why cant u send an email to cic asking status of your file?

It could be. I'd call the consultant and call their bluff. DDs never come back all by themselves, so ask what is really going on.

Hey everybody: consultants suck. Never allow one of them to have control over the handling of your application.

Does this means that during the completeness check itself , if the application found valid without any errors and if the mode is dd, it will be encashed ?

I am a June 30 th candidate , so anytime my dd can be charged ???
