Sorry to hear that, my suggestion would be to give IELTS again as soon as you can, my understanding is:your new application would be treated as a fresh application n current ielts would be considered expired.

Which NOCS you are applying for?

Did you send your draft before they tried to charge your CC?

I think you need new ielts certificate as you are applying again and new DD for fee

Dear All,
Please I really need ur urgent advice on what to do next. My application got to cic on the 12th of may initially n my ielts expired on the 26th of May. But the credit card I used was stolen in the process n was blocked by the company so dey couldn't deduct the application fee after trying 3 times according to the letter sent with my returned application but b4 den I sent an additional bank draft with a cover letter which was returned earlier as well.
Now the letter they sent with the returned application states that : SHOULD IN CASE YOU CHOSE TO RESEND UR APPLICATION PLS INCLUDE THIS LETTER WITH THE APPLICATION. Every other documents was alright.

My question is can i send back the application back to them as it is with a new bank draft included or should I just book/write another ielts exam then include it b4 sending the package back as my occupation cap is almost 300 now.

PLEASE PLEASE YOUR ADVICE IS HIGHLY APPRECIATED.

keep your cool and send the application again after doing what they instructed to do your category is not going to fill soon.....

Some NOCs are repeated from last year. So people who wanted to apply last year but couldn't make the cap had their application ready by the time CIC announced this year's NOCs.

Repeated NOCs Fully agree with you mate, but how we can assume that this NOC will repeated next year and we will apply before they announce ??

Yes I did the Medical check up the day I received my MR (I got lucky there was opening at the doctor office on the same day).

My experience has been good. My package reached on fourth working day after day of dispatch (sent: 3 Jun afternoon, reached: Monday 9th June 12:20PM).

Just make sure that you give it directly to Blue Dart or DHL, not to their agents who will take couple of days to send it to DHL center within India. I've also heard that delivery info is not complete (recipient name and delivery time missing from proof of delivery) when sent through these agents.

Use UPS or Fedex...many of us have bad experience with DHL. T hey use 3rd party transfer for delivery since dhl does not have any branch at NS. Good luck!

Ok. I was thinking of doing the same thing as I have already got hold of mine and my wife's PCC. Now am worried if the PCC will expire before the MR request. But looking at ur case, I have a few concerns:

1.) What if they did not add the original PCC that u sent after PER to ur application? They have mentioned in PER mail not to send additional documents until they are asked for. U might be in trouble if the review officer rejects the copy of PCC that u are sending right now. In such a case, assuming that PSK gives 2 originals of PCC, I would take the risk of sending another original itself.

2.) What if NDVO is in receipt of the PCC that u sent after PER but want you to send the latest PCC because its been time between PER and MR. Am talking about the case where the PCC request was not a standard format mistake from NDVO but a deliberate request. Not sure if this is a valid case to worry about.

Anyways, just my thoughts. All the best with ur app

Even I believe the email is a standard format as it gives links for 3 items - MR, RPRF, PCC. For me they have specifically asked for photocopies of passports (same for you all?).

The PDF letter attached asks for only RPRF and MR, which makes me think they don't need PCC at this time.

I then called up Indian Passport helpline. They said that PCC is considered valid for six months only.

My opinion/decision : I am planning to get PCC done again, there is no harm in providing them with a freshly issued PCC. Otherwise if they process the visa later, and at that time they want fresh PCC it may delay the application further. Better to send a fresh one that covers the next six months.

My doubt : Will the Indian Passport office issue another PCC while the previous one was issued only 5 months back? Or should I wait for six months to be up (nearly a month from now) and then apply for PCC? That would eat up into the 45 days time I have to submit MR/RPRF.
