My Application reached on 16th July.. I don't think I will make the list. Express Entry won't work for me as I don't have a job offer.. Im shattered.. :'(

Let us be optimistic here....currently it is 778, with completeness check done till at least middle of June. Current increase is around 50-60 applicants per week and it is only going to come down to 40 in the following weeks based on trend in SS. So, I see that there is another 5 weeks of time, till last week of July, for it to close....so I would say be positive..and all the best!

Is it possible to show stock market investment as settlement fund?

If yes, which value to show....current market value or the invested amount?

I have given bank balance statement as settlement fund, but planning to move some money into the stock market from that...

IFthat option doesnt exist, it is possible with long term invested stocks too...to be safe, make a table of your publicly traded investments (and I hope they are part of leading indices for recognition), take the 5 year low values and high values from exchange, and show the mid point to assess the valuation. If you can show the trading volumes of your stock to highlight easy liquidity and make a strong case, great. You can highlight with supportings they are long term investments (date of purchase), it adds completeness to your case. All the best.

with Gods grace I got Right of Permanent Residence Fees request on 30th sept.

I am not able to do online payment from UAE ( Abu-Dhabi ).

Please let me know how we need to do the payment from outside canada .

Welcome..as I updated, ensure the stocks you show are also in the benchmark leading indices of that exchange...and you highlight this in the covering letter. (Only liquid stocks remain in the indices!). Need not show stocks that have been loosing value or not had any appreciation...

just to add a little mor ehope.. I believe that completeness check has been completed till almost end of June.. a 24th june applicant has received his/ her file back and some 16th june people have been charged .. there is plenty of hope for you I would say .. best of luck ..

It means that the ECA report lost, or your education credential is not equiv. as they require for your NOC code. Before re-apply go through the guide 7000 and ensure that you are on right track. You may send salary stub but need not to send form-16 or IT returns. GOOD LUCK.

Dear Guati,

It states that you have provided your original ECA report but you did not accompany your foreign educational credentials copy, that means your marksheets, degree certificate transcript (if available). You have to send this along with your application and i think you missed that, hence your file is returned.

Also salary slip is optional, F16 they have not asked. But if you want both you can send. I did send them. I got the PER so no harm in that.

9th June applicant here, no CC and no PER as yet. Is it a rejection or I still have hope? Did anyone waited 4 months before the CC was charged?

Yes, I have been conservative when I said middle of june. My belief is completeness check is as of today mid JULY ...and at the time of 778 was first week of July! But factoring this..I still believe the 2174 cap will be complete by end of July..;-(

BUT i don't think Express Entry will solely based on Job offer ......it will be like Australian immigration system.....
