Yesterday I got my application returned by CIC.
Reason is "You did not provide us a copy of the completed foreign education credential to accompany the Educational Credential Assessment (ECA Report).

I had sent the ECA report. Can you tell me what is "completed foreign education credential".

Moreover I am thinking to re-apply.

Also tell whether I need to send my salary slip, Form 16 and ITR along with the application.

Kindly suggest.

Hi all! Things are getting confused.. My dd has got a stamp stating valid for 3 months. It's from Icici bank.. Most of the dd are encasshed in almost 3.5 - 4 months..
Bank people are saying that international dd are valid for 6 months.
Spice recvd back his file stating the reason that your dd is staledated..
Now what is the actual situation? Will my dd be charged or ...
How old is staledated dd for them?
Application sent on 25 June and dd still stands uncharged..
Plz advice....

hope this is a cad dd. In case it is mentioned that dd validity is 3 months (Generally not mentioned on dd) then ask ICICI bank to extend validity of the dd.

Application recd date : 28th may
NOC 3142
PER : Not recd so far ..

Cant say about any problem, all I could figure is that we have shown Fixed Deposit as POF. FD got mature on 18th sept and funds came in normal account, seems 15th - 20th sept were those dates when "28th may" applications were screened. Seems Sheer Bad Luck, if this is the reason for rejection.
Didnt got application back as yet !!!!

this definitely will not be a reason for rejection by cic. Be rest assured.

It means that the ECA report lost, or your education credential is not equiv. as they require for your NOC code. Before re-apply go through the guide 7000 and ensure that you are on right track. You may send salary stub but need not to send form-16 or IT returns. GOOD LUCK.

Well I didn't insult anyone, neither I said anything wrong. It's up to people to read carefully. I write in my own style when I want to pass a different message than the one put in actual words, but I always make sure that I don't personally harm or insult anyone.

I have applied on 5th August 2014..
I havent put the bar code page on the top but it is in the generic form as such..
On top is the DOCUMENT CHECKLIST followed by the same checklist sequence of the forms and then the supporting documents.
Will there be any problem as the bar code page is not on the top but is included in the application set?

at the most this will delay the process. But no reason to be rejected. So relax.
