I had earlier informed the forum that my application of 8th May was returned due to insufficient details in job reference letter.
I succeeded in getting my company HR to give me the letter in the correct format after getting my Manager to approve the duties and responsibilities I drafted to align with the NOC template.
New application was delivered yesterday Oct 2nd at 10:38 am, received by M. KRSZWDA.
With the reducing rate in applications received, I believe my application will still meet up before the cap for NOC 2132 is reached. At least, I am very sure the reason for initial rejection has been fully taken care of.
I patiently look forward as I follow CC/DD cashments, PER, MR & PR mails of others.

There is no problem in using your brothers credit card. Only issue i can think of is the Fee Payment Form needs your brothers signature. How will you get that? (I am assuming he is presently in Canada. If that is not the case go ahead and use it)

Yep he is presently in canada. As my bro. filled the Payment Form with signature and scan that form to me and i will do color printout of that form.
is this acceptable?

I have few very basic questions if someone can answer them thankx:-

1. I recently got married what ADDITIONAL documents are required I will be the primary one, I meant docus like- marriage cert etc
2. My spouse did a pg course for 1 year from Australia, how to get PCC?

After per mail se d cse to your local visa office...they will ask you to send documents required..
Visa office may ask you to submit
Marriage certificate
Marriage photographs(pre ,post nd wedding photographs)
Spouse educational nd experience documents.

You are right for 4 years of experience you will get 13 points however it depends all 4 years of experience is relevant to the duties and responsibilities as per your NOC or NOC2011(0,A,B) list

-1, Marriage Certificate will do, and follow all the checklist and make one needed for you spouse.
2. Time is something that you don't have now my friend, so I would recommend to submit your application without PCC from AU, this may later be required by your local visa office after your receive PER.

Hi Friends,

Finally CIC charged my credit card on 01st Oct 2014. My first application was returned due to credit card not allowing to charge. I re-applied again and application reached on June 16th.

In case if you have provided CC details call your bank and tell them to approve the transactions from CITIZENSHIP AND IMM FSW. Then only our card will be charged.

Kindly help me to update the SS. All the best.

Application recd date : 28th may
NOC 3142
PER : Not recd so far ..

Cant say about any problem, all I could figure is that we have shown Fixed Deposit as POF. FD got mature on 18th sept and funds came in normal account, seems 15th - 20th sept were those dates when "28th may" applications were screened. Seems Sheer Bad Luck, if this is the reason for rejection.
Didnt got application back as yet !!!!

I think its not an issue if you have also provide your saving bank account certificate where this FD has matured. Because if CIC wants to check with the bank (which is not usually they do at this stage) than also your total amount will be the same...Means now FD = 0 Rs, but saving account will have = X + FD amount..
Don't worry...U will soon see the golden mail...

No they didnt, they just said you application is returned due to credit card declined transaction. they tried 3 attempts to that.

Don't have blind faith on anyone...ask your consultant to show the letter...

what is PER and what does it stands for ?

I have not heard any process to withdraw processing fee/application at CIO; you may request them through letter (courier)+e-mail but cannot guarantee they may act accordingly - but you can try.

Also, what if we file our application in two NOC categories. Thus is there any option where we can say to CIC thay i do not want to process my application under so and so NOC if the file is with them under process or simply at CIO.

Please suggest as thinking of filing file in two NOCs
