Hi All,

I am applying from Dubai. If any applicant applying from Dubai please advise me.

As you may know I am working under my husbands visa which states "housewife, not allowed to work" however the law states that if your husband provides a no objection letter you are allowed to work with a work permit provided by the employer.

How can I explain this to CIC when submitting my work experience from Dubai.

PLEASE ADVISE ASAP !

You can attach a copy of your labor card along with visa on passport to show them that particular employer has hired you and you are authorized to work. I believe you are also attaching latest pay slips, offer letter and bank statements showing your salary being deposited. those are enough proof that you are legally allowed to work. Ultimately, Canadian immigration must have an idea about this as many applicants in past must have applied just like you.

No one can deny the fact that he is not an official but can we deny the fact that these are he people with the best available knowledge in immigration domain . any ways its upto people to wait till jan and check whether they can apply or not or they work to send their apps before 1st Jan

It looks like the PCC provided with the original package worked just fine and you won't need to submit it again.

I havent submitted my PCC with my initial application. I did that along with RRPF and Medical.

By the way, I am stuck a little bit on the reason for return..FSW opened in May, so we are not 6 months the road...how did it BECOME staledated..did you use your old draft or some error on the bank with dates print ?
