Hello everyone, just to encourage those yet to send in their FSW1 application to do so ASAP. The current stream ends 31st December 2014 and not 30th April 2015 as earlier thought.

This is not proper, the website has provided false news. Because as per the official CIC website they have clearly mentioned it to be 30th April 2015.

Effective May 1, 2014, a maximum of 25,500 new Federal Skilled Worker (FSW) applications without an offer of arranged employment (including 500 applications in the PhD student/graduate stream), 5,000 new Federal Skilled Trades (FST) applications, and 8,000 new Canadian Experience Class (CEC) applications will be considered for processing for the period of May 1, 2014, until April 30, 2015

Reached : 4th June by glen 12:40

Ecas status updated 26th sep
Payment mode dd charged on 22nd sep , as per PER mail

PER received on 2nd October , 00.14 am , Indian standard time


( was just chit chatting with special forumites over watsapp group and got PER email)


Will update ss in sometime ... I am truly thankful to all of the members and wish them all speedy visa

its my first day to notice this forum, nice place to start before heading.

I just received my PER 5 days ago, does anyone know what are the coming steps, and does receiving the PER means that you are almost 90% through like what people are telling, and if yes, do you have an idea waht time frame are we talking about till i get my landing visa

Dear All,

Seeking some advice from the helpful people on this forum.

May 29th - applicant
Sept 15th - CC charged
Sept 24th - received email from WES for ordering duplicate report with CIC as recipient
Sept 29th - WES confirmed the completion of duplicate report being sent to CIC

Am on my seats edge waiting for the PER. Do you think it would be a good idea to write to CIC and enquire status? Or just continue to sit and bite my nails waiting for the golden email to come ???

28 months starts from the receiving date of CIO, Sydney.

any idea by which year FSW 2014/ FSW 2013 of SGVO Applicant will get Medical request? R u counting 28 months from AOR mail?

You need not Canadian PCC at all; preparation for what?

Preparation for the PR, one of my friend asked me to get it done, incase they ask for the Canadian PCC.

She works with a consultancy and said that we need to provide PCC for every country where we lived for more
than 6 months.

Due to this conversation, I am a bit worried.

Please advice, what should I do?

My 2nd Line in ECAS has been updated :

It shows "We started processing your application on September 29, 2014."

I received Medical +PCC call on 30th Sept 14

after filling of hot NOCs caps(1112 and 2174 etc) will CIC proceed on same pace or it will accelerate? as these were hot NOCs that sent large number of applications whereas other NOCs do not have same number of applications per day or per week. whats ur analysis?

Just to know , Today I am seeing for NOC 2281 total number of files received are 223 approximnate.

If am about to send file to CIC by 25th OCtober 2014.

Then Is there be any chance to get into the cap dear ?
