Dear All,

This is the most common question in the forum yet I need to clarify something about birth certificate

I have submitted the following without the affidavit from the translator who is also the lawyer

1) Copy of Original Birth Cert in native language,notarized by certified Notary Public
2) Copy of Translated Birth Cert , translated and notarized by certified Notary Public

Is there any issue that I do not have the affidavit?

I am newbie in this forum and I had a few queries which I believe this forum can guide me through.

I have applied for fswp 2014 under NOC 1112 and received PER on 29 Sep 2014. My application had reached on June 2nd.

In the PER mail it is written:

"Please inform the visa office of any changes in your application (e.g. birth or adoption of a child, marriage or common-law relationship, new occupation or employer, submission of an Arranged Employment Opinion approved by Human Resources and Skills Development Canada, change of address, change of e-mail address, change of immigration representative, etc). Please include a letter identifying what the changes are and any relevant supporting documents. If your documents are not in English or French, send a notarized (certified) translation with a copy of the originals."

My query is:

1. How do I inform my Visa Office? There is no link attached. What are the guidelines for informing?

2. Shall I inform before I have received my AOR from my designated VO?

3. I am the primary applicant and have taken a break from full time job (which i have shown in my application) from early September. Now i am enrolled into studies to develop career in the same line of work. I also expect to do some short-term jobs/consultancies. Do I need to inform the VO regarding these changes?

Please guide.

Please read carefully your PER mail. You will find these words.
"Please do not forward additional documents unless requested. If additional document are required you will be provided in address to forward required documents."
You have to mention your visa office about changes in any aspects those you have described in your application. They will provide you address. Relax,be cool and wait. 8) GOOD LUCK

Its going to be a tight affair..... I'm sorry but I have a feeling that 2174 may fill up by 2nd week of July applications... Hope that you make it stilll.... best of luck!!

It should be fine. Even I have sent the same way. My friend who is a canadian citizen has done it the same way. Be cool, you are fine. If i remember correctly, on the forum member harry cool, also did it this way and got his per.

Hello members,

can anyone guide me here...

I have invested all my amount in National Saving Certificates Pakistan called (Defense Saving Certificate) up to 10k CAD and in my bank account no good balance in there only Payroll Deposit for every month will put in there. My question are as followings:

1- Is National Saving Certificate accepted by CIC as POF?

2- I m applying as Principal Applicant with my Spouse in FSW 2014 so i need to required show POF 14,720 CAD$. So i required to arrange additional 5K CAD, can i deposit small amount like around (20K PKR equivalent to 220 CAD) in week are these weekly transaction bother CIC Staff or will it raised alarm?

i have a question.
i returnt to my country 14 years ago, before that i had lived in another country about 18 years.
do they require the current country PCC only?

Any where in which you've lived 6 consecutive months - you need a PCC for it.

guyz need help..!!! i am 27th june applicant. i have given my birth certificate. my dad got divorced and in my birth certificate my mother name is different and in my all certificates mother name is different. also, my husband doesnt have birth certificate but have attached affidavit regarding BC. i am worried now that my application would be rejected or not.
