I want to ask about the affidavit of job duties. Do we need to dubmit separate affidavit for all experience where company has not provided on its letterhead? or only one affidavit will sufficient for various experiences?

I have some wonderful news. I received MR from my VO today! ;D . I am just blown away by this. Exactly 3 weeks after receiving PER. My VO seem to be on the ball this year! Refer to my timeline below:

ECAS still has only the first line. I also got a request to submit Original Birth Certificate and RPRF. Nothing else.

My application reached CIC on 8th Sept under 2173. What are my chances?

CIS shows 392 applications accepted till date. What does it mean? Do they mean 392 CC/DD are charged or the 392 PERs are sent? Or do they mean 392 applications reviewed?

Some NOC categories are moving fast including 2173. Now a days 2 nd week of June applications are being processed. Be hopeful... 8)

i received my PER today,SS updated..i have my NDVO as VO,but right now i am in Canada as an intl student will be here until Aug 2016..So should i convey my change of address to CIC to change my VO from NDVO to Ottawa as it is stated that we have to notify them for change of address..
Also my spouse(dependent) and my two kids are in India...plz help me in how to proceed

Your electronic and paper file have been routed to NDVO by CIO. Once they acknowledge receipt, let them know about your address change using CSE. Then they will either transfer file to CPC-O, or process it themselves.

Don't bother and relax. Your application in CAP. If all aspects of your application i.e.forms, documents, point criteria will OK, you will hear GOOD news from CIO very soon.GOOD LUCK.

Guys soo happy to see cic working in a full swing. Congrats for your PERS. I am getting a bit nervous as my application reached on 12 June NOC1112 and I can see people getting their cc charged however, mine is a DD and that too from Canadian local bank which probably takes 4 working days. No news yet so in case if the application has rejected how will i get to know I mean when will they returned.

Hi just a question on the possible return of application due to cap reach.

1. If ever the application will be returned how long will it take for you to get it back?
2. If ever there will be no one to receive the package in the billing address, where will the package be sent? Or will it be returned to sender meaning to canada?

I have one question about the job reference letters. I have reference letter for current employer (15months) and last employer (35months) but my other two emloyers are reluctant to provide job reference letter as specified by CIC. So, if I opt for affedavit, do I have to submit to affidavit or only affidavit will serve the purpose?

They will likely charge your DD by the end of next week, so you can check with your bank at the time about the status of payment to give yourself peace of mind.
You won't know if your application is rejected unless you receive your package back or submit a query to CIO which will take 30 business days to get an answer from them.
