I'm still positive coz till two updates back NOC1112 was 595/3510.... about 17%
the previous update has a total increase of 595... .and NOC1112 increase by 56.... so NOC1112/total for the past week is <10%
Proves that NOC1112 is not as HOT.... hoping for the 1000 cap to last another 6 odd weeks....

You will do it man!!

I have got my Ecas updated with second line on 28th sep that
"We have started processing your app on 25th Sep"

App sent - 12th May
PER - 21st Aug

When can I expect my MR ?
Will the second line addition means they r going to take it slow ?
( as many have said they received their MR prior to second line update )

Do advice, TIA

Actually this is the 1st week after the initial period of May where the cap update is less than 40 for 2171. The trend ahead is even more positive: the number of applications received per SS is on a gradual decline after June 16. So the cap update per week is going to be rather less, to the tune of 20-30 per week.

If we average out 25 caps/wk, it will take 25+ weeks to hit the cap limit. I can see this NOC easily going into December territory end at least. People applying right now need not loose hope, keep up the pace and hit the target.

do u think this pattern will take linear profression of 30 on average per week?
do u think it will not shot again at even 50 per week?

Was looking at the spreadsheet, lot of people have given the date of medicals received and the RFPR fee received. Do you get an intimation from the LVO for the same (New Delhi VO in particular) ?

Please note the DD encashment flow below:

1. CIC submit DD to Central Bank of Canada (encashment day for CIO)

V
2. Central Bank sent it physically to Royal Bank of Canada (DD drawn on the bank) - it may perform same day or take several day.
|
V
3. Royal Bank will verify with ICIC bank in India
|
V
4. ICIC bank confirm and release the money
|
V
5. Royal Bank will confirm getting the money -possible time when ICIC bank will declare encashment
|
V
6. Royal bank release it to Central Bank of Canada
|
V
7. CIO get its money

Note the time difference between step 1 and step 5. Because of this gap, it takes time to bank to confirm encashment.

Any banker, if I am wrong, please let me correct it.

Indian Dudes and dudities..

Banks aint wrking from 2nd Oct to 6th Oct, so no Forex operations would be available. Getting to know about DD encashment would be a problem, also as mentioned above , Indian banks may not confirm back on the DD. Correct me if wrong !

i feel its going to be a long weekend for DD users.

generally CIC takes how much time between PER and PCC request.
I need to get PCC from US and they are taking about 12 weeks

Hi,

The current wait time is close to 45 to 60 days from the date of PER.
You can go ahead and order your PCC from FBI since the validity is for one year.
No worries.

Probably, but my money is less than 30 per week for the coming period.

It will most certainly not touch 50 at all now. Heck, even 2174 barely crossed 60 this time and that is a HOT NOC !!
