Hi

Do we need to send the RPRF via case specific query online ..or a hard copy by mail.

Has the VO requested RPRF and if so did they give you instructions on how to pay?

PSK can not say this.....they are fooling you...rules are valid for all over India...they dont change PSK to PSK...They all come under Ministry of external affairs of india and practice same rules.....my address in the passport and the current address were also different...and I got the PCC..its just if address in the passport and the current address are same then you will get PCC same day and if they are different then they will initiate police verification through police station, which will take 1-2 months and then you will get PCC....

just talk to them firmly and tell them to show you such rule in writing, or else you will file an RTI....As per Passport India site http://passportindia.gov.in/AppOnlineProject/docAdvisorSecure/pccPassport, if address in the passport and the current address are different, then you need just your old passport and new address proof....you just show them the print out of above link....they cant deny you...Its your right....
If after this also they are not doing it, then try to visit different location PSK in your city...Last option is to obtain PCC from your district commissioner or DSP office..which i would not suggest...as you know police officers are big thugs...

+1 to you for the post !!

Hi All,

I just received MR request from NDVO.
I am 9th may applicant - 2174 NOC Code. Got cc charged on 21st July and PER on 19th August.

Some questions:
1. They gave me fee payment link but not PCC request, am I missing something? They did request passport copy though.
2. They say photo is not required for e-panel verified physician. cna someone give me info. on how to check this as well as which physician to go to and how to schedule appointment?

thanks,
Vishal

[/quote]

1. u must have submitted the PCC along with the application...
2. these days photos are taken electronically at the physician's clinic/hospital.. so when u book an appointment just confirm the documents u need to bring along.. and ask about the photo just to confirm.

Hello friends! What happens if I forgot to mention UCI in a generic form? I was in Canada once in 2012, but I realized only now that because of that I should have a UCI on my past Temporary Resident Visa already... I though that only people who applied previously for FSWP have UCI already... God, what a silly mistake... Will my app be rejected because of this? Thank you!

Not a problem. CIC will use your name, DOB and passport info to find your UCI. The only problem would be if you had previously been rejected and failed to mention this on background declaration.

Yes, you should send your daughter's new passport number. Refill the appropriate form (IMM 0008) and send to capture this updated info.
No, PCC is not necessary for children under 18 years of age.

There is no need to complete a new generic form and send. One can simply send a note and a copy of the new passport. The only time a new form is necessary is when adding a person who was not formerly on the application at all (such as a new spouse or newborn child).

Cmon London VO shoot some MR's or atleast second line to keep our hopes alive and rocking Please Please Please ;) ;) ;)

Hey guys,
I have one question and one request please.. My question is Processing Time for Ankara VO according to CIC is 30 months or 22 months for New Delhi. Do you think it still takes that much time? I feel like it's much faster than this or am I wrong?
And my request is I remember that some guy outlined the steps of the whole application process (with the things we required to do in each step). Can you copy/paste here if you have it in your hands? I couldn't find it..

Will cic still accept fsw 2014 applications from January 2015? i am getting conflicting information on this topic, some say the fsw 2014 will close in December while some say it will run concurrently with the express entry. I will appreciate if anyone can clarify this possibly with an official link from cic.

My documents won't be ready till early December so i am really hoping it will run with the express entry.

Thanks.
