Hello Friends,

Need Urgent Help Regarding the Proof of Fund.

I am Selling land on my name for generating liquid funds for Settlement Funds Requirement.

My Problem is that i will make a registry on the name of the buyer, then i will not have any proof to show that i earned money by selling a Land of mine.


What need to do so that i can show to LVO on asking the source of Fund. What Documents i need to make or which type of agreement should i do with the buyer that the agreement will remain with me.

PLease help guys very confused and tense as i am selling my land and if i didnot able to explain to LVO if asked then i will lose PR also as well as Land.

Dude relax, everything will be alright. I don't think your VO will ask you how did you earn your settlement funds, they are too busy doing more important things than this, and base on experience I haven't received any feedback that they are investigating about where did the applicants get their money. What's important is you have the required funds in your bank account so you'll be eligible for processing. good Luck!

CIC CALCULATE INDIVIDUAL POINTS TO EACH IELTS MODULES.

NOW I FEEL MY POINTS EARNING IS 70 INSTEAD OF 67..

Dear Seniors -

I have a question regarding the Supplementary Information - Travels - IMM5562E form.

I cannot save the data into this form I can just print it, In last 10 yeas I have traveled to U.S and Indonesia for Business purpose, I believe I should mention them in this form.

Should I send this form along with my application ??

Incidentally I just had a look at this form and found that it is not included in my original package, which I am planning to send it coming Monday.

This form is mandatory and you need to give info of all your overseas travels, be it Business or leisure!!!

BTW your suggestion to hartej is incorrect. One of the IMPORTANT task of the VO case officer is to understand where the fund comes from and whether it is self owned or borrowed etc. etc.

Let's remember if job duties are mentioned for only 1 year, then only 1 year of experience is counted for points. So if an applicant is safe getting 67 points with Duties mentioned only for one job, then, it fine. If he is depending on getting points for all jobs and has not produced the expected JD, then he will be rejected.

In Subash's case, if the two JD's within the same org belong to two different NOCs and he has provided duties only for one NOC, then CIC may or may not give full points.

Also in Schedule 3 form ,...has he divided this 6 year exp into two? And/ Or in his reference letter, have they mentioned that the below duties are only for the latest tenure and not the complete 6 years... If the answer to both are yes, then points are awarded only for the latest exp and not all 6.

Joining letter
1st promotion letter
2 promotion letter
And expericne letter till date

All from single company and no reference letter

In my exp letter it was stated I am working from so and so date till now

Mentioning area of my responsibilities , work performed, roles , salary and all ( that's it )

( even I notoarised every photocopied document in entire file )


I m not sure how they calculated my points as such I had extra numbers (73) that's why , was not bothered

I am 6th June applicant. I have used DD for making payment, i don't know if my DD is encashed or not. I have mailed them multiple times enquiring the status of my application. I found few applicants of same date in the forum were having negative response from CIC but I did not get any response from them..Can i understand this as that I may be eligible for PER ?

I noticed folks advising people that if the NOC is not HOT, one can apply at any time. But IMHO that is not the case. Please be aware that the total CAP is only 25k though we have 50 NOCs open. So if the total cap is met and even when the individual NOCs are still not full, applications would not be accepted for that NOC also. So Anyone who wants to apply for PR - should apply ASAP.

Not sure if some like minded pal already replied on this or not

I have kept 1million dollar separate for this take. 25000 cap won't even reach anywhere near to 70% of its total ( if not 50%) till April 2015


So dear don't worry about total cap , just look into your noc/s and do calculations
