@ Saps , Yes my previous experience letter is not consisted with JD's. However, my noc is same for both tenures and I included both period in two separate columns in the economic form since my current reference letter does not specify the period of time of my previous employment status. For previous tenure, I have included reference letter without JD and contract papers. Most importantly,an organization I m working with is same. Similarly, my designation, JD even department is same.In other words, I m registered nurse and have nursing degree. I assume that nurse in the hospital indeed carry out nursing duties as my previous letter clearly states I m working as nurse in emergency department. Do CIC people still demand separate JD and would return my application with reasons for short of points. Anyone of you have encountered the same? Please comment on this

Yes, you should have mentioned job duties for each individual position even though the duties might be similar. Only your work experience for which you have provided the full information required in the reference letters will be considered by CIC. If you need points from the second position, then your application does not meet the requirement and will be returned. On the other hand, if you don't care about the points from the second position then you will be fine.

Hello,

I have received AOR mail yesterday. Although I'm Turkish and indicate Ankara as my VO at the application forms the AOR mail came from Paris VO. I have read in this forum that this might happen and some Turkish people are directed to Paris VO. What I'm wondering is; if they want to perform an interview how this will gonna happen? Do I have to travel to Paris? :

I will update spreadsheet but I want to ask if the Coloumn C represent my VO as Paris or should I keep as Ankara?

Yes I noticed that too.

it is actually the format of the date. A few have entered as ddmmyy and other mmddyy. You can correct the same by text to columns and then concatenate in excel

Congrats on getting status update...
My 2nd line got updated on 22 september....I don't no whether I should be excited ,nervous or what..The reason is that, I have seen many applicants who have straight away got MR without their status update...What I feel is we have to wait little longer to hear from CHC regarding MR request.....And one more observation none of the applicants who have got 2nd line updated have received MR till now...
Just a thought....

I cannot save the data into this form I can just print it, In last 10 yeas I have traveled to U.S and Indonesia for Business purpose, I believe I should mention them in this form.

Should I send this form along with my application ??

Incidentally I just had a look at this form and found that it is not included in my original package, which I am planning to send it coming Monday.

Hello Friends,

Need Urgent Help Regarding the Proof of Fund.

I am Selling land on my name for generating liquid funds for Settlement Funds Requirement.

My Problem is that i will make a registry on the name of the buyer, then i will not have any proof to show that i earned money by selling a Land of mine.


What need to do so that i can show to LVO on asking the source of Fund. What Documents i need to make or which type of agreement should i do with the buyer that the agreement will remain with me.

PLease help guys very confused and tense as i am selling my land and if i didnot able to explain to LVO if asked then i will lose PR also as well as Land.

You need to mention every travel as a separate instance- best of luck
