in the additional family detail, do we need to mention Brother's family(spouse/kid) details into BROTHERS & SISTERS section ?

Can be filled in any way as long as total years of education is correct. For example :

Elementary/Primary School - 7 years (upto 7th)
Secondary/high school - 5 years (8th upto 12th)
University/college - 5 years (Grad and MBA)
Trade school or other post secondary school. - None

Is HSC (12th) falls into Secondary/high school OR trade school/post secondary school?. Since word says Higher Secondary Certificate I thought it is post secondary school.

Appreciate thoughts on this:

Because of the difficulty in getting transcripts attested for my masters, I went ahead and got it for my bachelors and WES evaluated it to be equivalent to 3 years post secondary degree. However in one of the forms, I still filled highest qualification as masters. Will not getting masters evaluated from WES be an issue? I see in the SS that for one of the rejected apps, reason mentioned is similar, so bit concerned.

I think it is ok not to have WES credential if you dont want to claim points but the degree should be mentioned in the forms & documents should be submitted. As I remember 1 of the applicant had Law degree which he thought as irrelavent & CIC rejected his case after interview.

When did you apply for PCC from FBI. I had sent mine in the month of June but was denied due to unclear finger prints. Will resend today.

How long did it take for them to reject?? I meant the time frame between fingerprint received and rejection.. And also, how did they notify ( email or mail ) ? Thanks

The total number of applications doesn't matter because the cap of 25k might not get filled at all. What's important is your specific NOC... Good luck
