that is first indication that you are at a wrong consultant's office. take the hint seriously (change your consultant). else be prepared for a unfortunate outcome of your application.

although number of years of work experience is not the only measure, but 6 is just too less for that noc. consider 1123 or any other that fits better.

yes i am aware of that...but our process consultant has advised me to apply through this job code...i have 6 years of experience and i fall into middle management..earlier i was planning to apply through 1123...

they are asking for a longer procedure to get updated as married first only then they will give. as i have single marital status in passport.

Updation on marital status on passport has nothing to do with PCC. Pls speak again to the passport office.

Just want to make clarification on Adhar Card.

I got some personal messages for Adhar Card.

I want to clear the misunderstanding. I am not saying that Adhar Card is a must or it has to be used as NID. I just said that i submitted that. I am not sure that it is NID or Not.

Thank you everyone for congratulations regarding my RPRF payment request

And it's not all - I've just received a passport request, just two hours after I've paid the RPRF! Kyiv office continues to surprise with their unbelievable speed

Moreover, as I'm currently in U.S., Kyiv office has requested me to mail my passport to CPC-Ottawa. That's very nice of them, as otherwise I would've had to travel to Kyiv by myself (Ukrainian law does not allow to mail passports internationally to/from Ukraine).

I am not interested in anyone's salary, however i just asked because a large salary being give in cash is a doubtful case.

You have mentioned that you have provided your salary certificate. What is this certificate ?

Secondly, Is the cash over and above the salary or entirely in cash ?

This certificate is a letter from the company stating the details of my pay. Just like a reference letter this letter confirms what my pay is and breaks it up into categories like basic pay, housing allowance, travelling etc. and yes the entire salary is in cash.

I highly advise you to apply under any other NOC in category A or B, avoid 00 NOCs... it seems they are treating these NOCs with high level of attention which leads to too long delay in processing.. You can check the SS for similar 00 NOCs some of them are on May 7th, 8th with NO UPDATES till the moment.

Dear all, please give some advise on how to get another TRF copy. British council is not assisting without acknowledgement from CIC.


I had earlier asked a question regarding applying under multiple NOC and had got very useful inputs. Thanks a lot for that!!
Need another help. I applied for Noc2174 and my app reached cic on sep 11th.Obviously no chance for that to meet cap. Since i have > 1 year experience under 2172 also, i want to apply under this category also. Problem is that i do not have another original TRF for IELTS. I contacted british council to get another TRF copy but, they would provide another results copy only if i provide them an acknowledgement that my original IELeTS report is with CIC. As, i do not have any such acknowledgement from CIC, i am stuck with applying under 2172. Can someone please advise me what i can do in this situation. Will it be okay if i just send the new application with just photocopies of IELTS results and mention in the cover letter that my originals were already sent to CIC with NOC2174 application so , i cannot provide them with this application for NOC2172.

Would be grateful if some one can help me out.
