is done after the PER or when they recieve the application at CIO.

Anyone has idea about the 2281 category. I am still preparing the documents and i think that i can send the application by mid of november.
Seniors please help on this.

our spread sheet is also updated in the same way the CIC site is filled they both show approx same cap list.

Seniors please provide your comments ... they are very valuable for people like me who are very late.

I think you're all set ... Dont worry ... even if there is a 30 application increase for the next 23 weeks, you're okay .... by that time you would have anyway received your PER....

Following SOTAJ's application rejection by CIC, although I cannot state the accurate reason for such, I would like to point out that "Transcripts" are not Mandatory to be sent to CIC along with ECA report.

Before the cat's let loose, let me jot down Section 13 of the Document Checklist:


Proof Of Education:

To receive points for your education, you must provide proof that you have completed a Canadian Secondary or Post-Secondary educational program OR submit an original ECA report along with the proof of the foreign educational credential(s) for which you are claiming points.

Proof of your completed Canadian or foreign educational credential(s) can include copies of your:
- secondary or post-secondary education documents (certificates, diplomas or degrees) and
- transcripts for successfully completed secondary or post-secondary studies, if available

The words Mandatory or Must Include are not specified and/or implied anywhere in the segment for "University Transcripts".

We have hundreds of applicants who have been awarded positive eligibility and I am sure not everybody have sent their University and/or post-secondary "transcripts" again in the application package to CIC (after WES).

What is definitely Mandatory are the supporting documents (copies of University Provided Diploma/Degree, Marksheets etc) of the foreign educational credential(s) for which Credentials Assessment was performed by WES and is specified in your WES Report.

Let us not transform one "probable cause of rejection" in to a ground rule for the current and/or future applicants while ignoring all the other existing successful cases altogether.

Is it mandatory to provide all mark sheets along with Original ECA report + Degree certificate ? Will this lead to rejection. I have attached only ECA report and B.Tech Degree certificate. Anyone got PER without Marklists ?

Please refer to Guide. It is mandatory to provide original ECA report and copies of degrees.Marks sheets are not mentioned to be attached

Guys,

Based upon the recent trend in CAP update (22-Sep-2014), I've performed the Swing Analysis for NOC 2171, 2173 and 2174



The figures are quite impressive, there is a decline in the overall pace of Total NOC's as compared to last week by almost 9%.

There is visible decline in pace for 2171, 2173, 2174, by 2.75%, 3.40%, and 11.08% receptively, as compared to last week's update.

I have provided my credit card number in Payment method but unfortunately that credit card is lost now.

What is the way forward. my application was sent to CIC On 29th AUG.

Can i send the DD now to CIC or somehow can i change my credit card number in payment method form ?

Since your application was received on Aug 29th (and assuming it is not 2174 or 1112) you still have considerable time in your hand.

I would suggest you send an updated Fee Payment form along with a cover letter to CIC as soon as you can.

Since you have already taken the bullet once, I would recommend you go with DD this time.
