Hi,

Is it mandatory to provide all mark sheets along with Original ECA report + Degree certificate ? Will this lead to rejection. I have attached only ECA report and B.Tech Degree certificate. Anyone got PER without Marklists ?

I have chosen to go for DD for the payment RPRF.

I have my PCC and Medical ready.

Plz anyone give me the format for the cover letter which i need to send alone these documents to NDVO.

Also please give me address for the NDVO.

I just read it on the blog that we are not required to include parents information in the generic application form and only spouse, children (if any) details are required to be added. If that is the case then i will just have to send them the background and additional information form of my spouse.

Please clarify is it mandatory to mentioned settlement funds in the economic class form....i have mentioned 18500$ CAD for 2 person in the asset field. is that ok

I just realized a couple of mistakes that i have made by looking at your comments.

- Did not included the details of my parents in the generic application form. - Not required
- Did not included the background declaration form of my spouse Mandatory
- Did not included the additional information form of my spouse Mandatory
- i have mentioned the assets value of 18500$ in my economic form and since i don't have any liabilities i have not mentioned anything in settlement funds and liabilities. Mandatory to fill settlement fund along with the proofs of the same

I am sending the updated generic application form, background declaration form and additional information. Do you think i should send the updated economic form? Also, just wanted to seek your advice, will they accept the updated forms because my file reached CIC office on 13th august and i still have lot of time before they evaluate my application. Kindly include updated economic form too after populating settlement fund field. Its not 100% sure that they will add these to your existing application but even if there is some chance its better than no chance at all. In the absence of spouse's background declaration and additional information form, your application will get rejected so I would advice to send the forms immediately.

I will also be sending a cover letter explaining my situation and hope they should accept it. pls advice

I have completed a four distance learning degree in a remarkable 8 years period while I was on job. I haven't sent any cover with my app I should hear hear some time next week as I am June 5th dd applicant.

You must attach, but will it lead to rejection is not very clear. Your visa office may ask them later but dont take a chance send them to cic with cover letter.

Urgent help needed!

In the checklist, it mentions that we need to include 2 self-addressed mailing labels in English and the native language.

Does it mean a plain A4 sheet with my address in two languages on it? (that's what I read on forum)

Or is it a prepaid self-addressed mailing label from UPS/Fedex/DHL?

Please let me know asap.
