Hi All,

May-09, 2014 applicant for FSW 2014, got request for Medicals on 16th sept, Today I have undergone medicals and DMP recorded high BP 150/90. DMP requested for ECG and other blood test because of high BP. Please suggest is anything to worry about? I never had any complaint about BP in past, can high BP a reason for medical inadmissibility.

It should be fine.....major concern is of chest xray that too for TB as it is communicable..Don't worry

Never..don't worry. He will just advise that needs to take medicines and address the BP situation. Many have temporary high BP due to the situational tension and stress..I am sure yours is one of that! All the best! Plan for your travel!

It is expected that Assets-liabilities is equal or greater than settlement funds....so the one who prepared maybe corrected if not late. All the best. Anycase what is critical at this stage is your settlement funds value..and supportings for the same as liquid fds...fd, savings..

My application was rejected, and I am redoing all the forms and checking all the information the person put on the forms for me. That is why I am asking..

My application was rejected, and I am redoing all the forms and checking all the information the person put on the forms for me. That is why I am asking..

Can You tell me how much would you put in which line in my situation?

Assets = 310,000 CAD
Liabilities = 115,000 CAD.
Settlements Funds = What you have as FD / Savings...THIS should be above the minimum based on the number of people as dependants (travelling or not). Settlement amount should equal the domestic & foreign bank funds..

NOC: 1111
Cc charged: September 22, 2014

Has anyone in here already charged by CIC (CC charged or DD encashed) yet application was rejected or returned afterwards?

If yes, please can you provide the possible reasons for rejection?

My suggestion, don't show too much settlement fund. Showing 4K to 5K more is enough.

I have cars - value 45,000
Bank Account - 30,000
Foreign Bank Account - 35,000
House value 200,000

Mortgage on the house - 115,000

Should I add assets - 310,000
put Liabilities - 115,000

or not include everything??

The person who prepared me papers before just put:
Assets 80,000
Settlement funds 90,000

I don't know which way to go.

Please advise

Hi can someone help me out here !!

My agent has mistakenly sent the wrong form and now CIC is requesting for the new form for me. I had submitted my docs on the 13th of June. and now I have to resend only the application form. Will this be a major impact on my application ? Will CIC pick it up from here or have I got to wait in line again till my turn comes.
my category is 1123.

Someone please advice me !

Yes. I support the point that settlement fund should be in sync with experience and salary earned...else you will end up explaining source of funds!
