You are late. But I guess no harm in trying.

Send cover letter stating the reasons and the new fee payment form, duly signed.

Address is :

Centralized Intake Office
49 Dorchester Street
Sydney, Nova Scotia B1P 5Z2
Canada
Federal Skilled Worker 2014 Primary NOC 2011 Code: 1123
Additional Document (Fee payment Form) for
Principal Applicant (your name)
UCI # (if you have)
Passport #:
DOB:
Nationality:

Also put all these details in cover letter also including when they received your application.

Once you send courier email to CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry @ cic.gc.ca with all details again and attach scanned copy of sent docs. Ask for confirmation on docs attachment. Apologise for the inconvenience caused.

In subject line start with "URGENT:"

Good luck !!

Thank u guys very much for ur prompt and detailed responds,

just 2 more things:

1- What should I write on the envelope to make them notice that it's not a regular full application package and emphasize the urgency of it?

2- Do u think it's possible to email or by any chance call CIC and request (beg) them to hold my application till 15 October?? (Sorry but desperate thoughts come to mind in desperate situations..)

Could anybody tell me about NDVO's email?

I need to update them about ny marital status.

Thanks in advance

Hello,
I have few questions for applying PR for my brother in law.

1.) He is applying from US and did masters in US for 2 years after his engineering from India. Can he just submit apply with his US master equivalent from WES or does he also need to submit his degree transcripts for B TECH for India ?
2.) As he stayed for more than 6 months in US how can be get police clearance certificate from US.
3.) Can he use his car as asset is US. Its worth around 20k USD.

Thanks in Advance

1) Yes. Only masters is sufficient. ALthough check if WES is giving Masters equivalent for canada as well...use this link for preliminary check its free...http://www.wes.org/ca/evaluations/preliminary.asp

2) http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/north-america/united-states.asp

3) Yes. i suppose. Check from other seniors in this group as well

If your refused entry to any country you have to mention it in the application and Canada and US share this sort of data so it could be an issue.
