I was told that it was better to send in another fresh application. You could do it too and hope that one of them gets through.

But @ namaste has said that it is not recommended to send in 2 applications for the same NOC. So maybe you could check with more people.

I believe a strong cover letter pointing out all the issues will hopefully work in the matter in question.

@ century vaia and @ ashif vaia, @ Oscar bro, @ Canol bro and all experts . need expert opinion on this.

Possible, but you will need to Call CIC and send an email to them mentioning that you have sent additional docs to replace existing docs mentioning Courier tracking nos.
Also a lot of follow up will be required from your side. Finally it is CIC's prerogative whether to accept the new docs or not.

But you should definitely try.

There is an applicant by the name of Jos on the spreadshseet, who claims to have been issued a PR visa. The applicant's VO is New Delhi, so I assume this person is an Indian. I did a search on canadavisa.com and there is not even a single entry by this person on any forum. Do you think the entry is legit?

If you're really genuine, please accept my sincere apologies. There have been a couple of instances where people have posted fake entries on the spreadsheet and have misled forum members. The reason why I questioned the legitimacy of your application is because I didn't want that to happen again. The application process is nerve-racking as it is - no one wants to emotionally deal with fake entries as well.

P.S. Jos, there are many fields on your entry that're missing - I'm sure forum members, especially your fellow countrymen/women, would greatly appreciate if you could perfect them.

I just realized that in background delclaration I dint mentioned the address of a hotel where I stayed in USA when I visited there on B1 Visa for two weeks

However, I mentioned address where I stayed on other visa for more than 6 months.

Please let me know whether that two weeks stay in a hotel which I dint declared will create a problem.

I dont think so. As a consultant, I travel 15 days a month on project to different cities. It impossible for me to write all that down. Residence address is residence address not temporary local address where you have stayed. So, dont worry. You will be fine.
