I have to resend my application (0711)should I submitted the whole new package or just change those forms which are updated since May 14 to till now.

If it's a new application, then it has to be complete with everything you sent initially, not just the updated forms.

There was an issue with the Bank certification letter I had included with my application and I had written to CIC asking them if I could mail them another one. I just received a reply a few minutes ago. My application was received at CIC on June 9.

Is the UCI mentioned by them relevant to my application? Can I quote this UCI# in further communications with CIC?

My designation in the company is Senior Software Engineer. But the duties that I performed falls under NOC 2172 Database analyst. I understand duties are assessed verify if applicant's NOC is right or wrong.

But on statcan website
It is clearly specified for NOC 20172 under Exclusion(s) that "Software engineers and designers (2173)" is excluded and my designation is listed under NOC 2173.

I need to clarify if I should be worried about this or if it's totally fine?

Please help.

The point I was trying tomake when I asked for evidence of the date forms were returned. That way, we can be sure if these forms were checked immediately after they were received by CIC

Yes the package will complete in all respect
but few old forms were replaced with new ones but the rest will same as sended with previous package

I have already sent the new Bank certification letter by courier to them last month. And after that, based on advice from forum specialists, I have mailed in another complete package too

Now I am wondering what I should do about it. Leave it be or send it another courier with the correct document and referencing this UCI#

Any suggestions?

BTW I has sent them the e-mail on August 5 and they have come back to me today
