do you think the same guy does the completeness check and +ve eligibility check? or you think it moves to some expert for further checks in order to consider it eligible for PER?

this is a cold NOC right? maybe those cold NOCs get processed faster

Hi thind26,

Have they mentioned details of the payment issues? i.e Have they stated whether your DD was not en-cash able or whether you had not paid the right amount of fee? Please explain.

Hope that you receive the package on soonest , so you can correct the mistakes and resend your complete application ASAP with correct amount of fee and DD.

bellacanada was 9th June. Thind26 was 12th June with 2174.

Guys, just an update, got to know from my Dad, DD got encashed on 12th, I am a 23rd May 1112 applicant.

Now when can i expect the PER golden mail for me

Hi Brother,

I see that your file is returned due to payment issue.
but how has CIC processed ur file as a 12 june Applicant and since they are currently on 29th May for charging.

1. Is there by any chance a "3 months Validity" mentioned on your DD by ICICI bank. Could you check. This could be one reason
2. have you recieved the original application back or you only got an email from CIC
3. Another reason could be that the data for the DD was wrongly uploaded by ICICI, but this CIC can only know after depositing your DD. did you recieve a rejection letter from the bank attached.

Also call up Bank of Montreal and ask for DD status of this DD, whether it was presented for clearing, they will have an idea of DD was presented
