hello CPR2012,

what should i go now, i hv paid 50% of fees, and i m going to meet in 1 hours regarding other documents.
oh god, what mistake i did ?

Yes! your consultant is total bluffer! Being a Immigration consultant he dont even have the knowledge that fsw will not end on JAN2015.
This proves you should get rid of him if u dont want to jeopardize ur application and another 50% of ur money , may be another 150%.

Decide well! people here are very helpful.
cheers ;) ;)

Many congratulations on hearing good news to my dear fellow forumites.
God willing this week will bring lots of happiness and cheer.
Special kudos to rohan85 for his perseverance.
Cheers 

hey guys, @ tango & @ CPR2012
can u plz help me outta this ? its going beyond now

Carlos Patel ;D ;D what better to ask for ??

@soni, we would strongly suggest you concentrate on IELTS first, your Carlos will still be here helping you any day but stop calling him brother :P :P

expertssss plz,

I provided a reference letter from my employer and it has mentioned that I've worked a bit more than 6 years.
The problem is I'm not sure that CIC will consider all my work experience and give me 15 points or consider it less than 6 years and give me 13 points.
If they consider it 13 points, my total points will be 66 or may be 65.If they do so,will my application be rejected or they ask me for more evidences to get 67?e.g. doing another IELTS exam to get more points???

Help me please,

Hey buddy let's now start helping Vinod Soni with his file.

@Vinod Soni: you need to concentrate only on your file now so that people can guide you rightly.
Please shoot your questions towards your application filing only so that we can help you in a better and proper way.

All the best :)

You have all the chances in the world my friend :) i read someone's signature here, it goes something like this "you may fail in an attempt, but never fail to make an attempt", so leave everything aside and apply, just make sure all you include is accurate and needed,,

Best of luck :)

TangoCharlie......... that signature is mine :D

If you have enough documents to support 6 years plus then don't worry. If not you are taking a risk and it's choice if you want to spend the money and take the risk. The only way to get extra IELTS points is to retake it, to do the French test to get 4 additional points or if you have spouse, get your spouse to sit the IELTS

Hello All,

Can someone please tell me the mail ID CIC communicate the PER ? That will be great to track. Earlier also I asked the same question. but nobody responded. Please help us here.

Thanks

Hello to all experts

I as a very junior in this line as I hav applied in sept 12 but I want to put my view in front of all u experts kindly correct me if I am wrong.

Someone has written that cic can't send 140 per in one day or 700 per in one week so from this I think there is 3 processes goingparallel

1. Checking dept.
it check all files and update completed files on website
2. Payment dept.
when checking dept tells them file is correct they charge cc or dd
3. Per dept.
when payment is successful per is sent

so finally concluding we are seeing at first stage on web I.e. 3510 apps. Which acc. To me is all files upto 10th june 14 hav been registered in the list and cc has been charged for apps upto 28 may and per upto 22 may

Kindly experts give ur precious suggestions I am waiting

thanks

I completely agree with you regarding this.. as I also assume that this number is showing only reflection of completeness. Because CIC said

"Due to the large number of applications we get, we cannot check that each one is complete on the same day it gets to the office"

I might wrong.. experts may have authentic idea on this issue
