Thanks Namasthe. One more thing do i need to submit original document or copies of the document. Because my manager can send only soft copy. and also do i need to send them post of i can send it to the email.

Ok, then all you have to do is separate those positions and write detailed job descriptions for each.

Can you please suggest on 3 queries:

1- When can you expect Medicals for May 3rd week New Delhi Applicants?
2- How long PCC process takes from New Delhi?
3- How long PCC is valid for?

1) anytime soon. Some applicants from NDVO upto May 8th have already received mR.
2) Don't know
3) PCC is valid for 1 year from the date of issue. But it should have been issued within 3 months of the date of issuance when NDVO receives it.

My file reached CIC on the 20th of May, I personally haven't heard from the CIC yet.
My (advocate's) post address is in Toronto and we didn't receive any returns as well.
I believe my file is bullet proof with al the evidence so it is really impossible to understand why we do not hear anything from the CIC.
I have an UCI number but there is nothing there too.
Maybe the CIC people are paying extra attention to 00xx NOCs but this may be wishful thinking as well.

Many times I've asked the seniors of this forum if these NOCs are getting an extra treatment from the CIC but NO ONE WAS NICE ENOUGH TO REPLY.

I am not sure. But, I would think that these documents can be submitted in the same format as asked for the initial application, that is, only copies. What I would do is send both the hard copies by mail and also scanned copies of the documents by email following the direction in the letter.

My NOC is 3012...My app reached on 28th July.Will i be able to reach the cap ?? What are the predictions??When 3012 wil get capped. Plzz let me know. Um realy worried.

My file reached CIC on the 20th of May, I personally haven't heard from the CIC yet.
My (advocate's) post address is in Toronto and we didn't receive any returns as well.

It's more like "NOONE would know enough to reply." Anyways, I don't see any reason for you to worry. CIC is still in the midst of charging applications from second week of May onwards. Your turn will come soon.

I have submitted the application IMM 0008(03-2014)E on 07/17/2014. But the latest application to that date was IMM 0008(06-2014).

I am worried if my application will be returned?

Should I submit the application right away?

PLEASE ADVISE.

Dont worry, all the May applicant ppl that you see in spreadsheet who received Medical request have used the 03/2014 form ! your application wont be rejected based on this reason 1000% sure!!

Easily! the cap currently is just only at 92 so far.. you have very good chance of being in first 500!

First of all, I think all ppl here are trying their best to answer all inquiries and doubts as much as they can, the point is that, they are not CIO officers so they won't have answers for every question.

Regarding how the CIO treats the 00xx NOCs: personally I think there is no real difference between 00xx and other NOCs, since CIO is not arranging a job offer for any immigrant so I think there is no point to give high attention for some NOCs over others.

I believe it should be related only to the completeness of your file with sufficient evidences...that should be ENOUGH. I mean from CANADA gov point of view, what is the difference between issuing a PR to Senior Telecommunications Manager and Computer Technicians , both of them are not granted a job once they land.. I really don't get the point of treating these NOCs in a different way. I think the real challenge will be in convincing them that the applicant is fulfilling the job duties and this is usually done for any other NOC (some 2174 applicants were rejected due to insufficient evidences of job duties).

NOC is : 2174.

Documents submitted : HR letter on company letter head stating responsibilities. But these responsibilities are at very high level . I am thinking they are looking for more detailed level.

Please send in a detailed work description, stating your job duties and highlight as many notable/major task you must have done during period in review, it's advisable to seek opinion/input of seniors in ur sector/Noc to complete this letter. The cic officer in charge of ur case appears to be very thorough and will read between the lines.
