You can definitely apply for 2281. Ensure you have the experience at least 1 year in the last 10 years, and a timeline PREFERABLY not overlapping your 00* period.

It is possible to get a fresh copy. You have to say it is for Fsw, They will insist on some proof, and you can show your application details to FSW. (I did the same and got additional copy and keeping it as a back up to apply with my spouse as principal applicant)

When did you apply? You can wait for the result of the first one, while keeping ready with everything for the second package assuming it is not late for second. But since your second application in 2281. It is also not a very cold NOC. So latest, should apply BY OCTOBER END for this. Go ahead...

I don't consider 2281 a very cold NOC, it is ranking number 6 i guess so there will be 5 NOC's to close before it but you can say it is quite fine but i wish it is as you said, who knows

Guys. I could see that some of the applicants been asked for IELTS. What does that mean? Didn't they already submit with application or something needs to be sent later

Who has been asked IELTS after PER ?
IELTS result not being there in the application docs is a clear and definite reason for rejection. Nothing to be sent later.

Hi guys, I have some concerns. I worked in corporate world but stopped just last May. Will there be any concerns here if my work experience is up to the last working day from my previous job? Do I need to mention that from May I am unemployed? Just to fill the gap?

Hi, If you see history of this thread then you would find some people having aor file transferred but ielts submitted / requested.

yes do mention. And that is not a concern for sure.

Don't go by that. IELTS result has to be necessarily submitted along with the Application docs.

Applied on June 6th, as per the SS and seniors feedback, I guess I'll be receiving an update from CIO within 3-4 weeks.

Ahmed

sit back and Relax. If you believe and are sure that you are part of the top management of your company, there is nothing to fear.

My best wishes are definitely with you.

Thanks.
For June 6th, when do I expect to get a feedback from CIO?

also, another question, in case the application is not complete, does the CIO send an email with the missing part(s)? and what if the application is complete but Eligibility was Negative (NER), will they send an email as well? I mean how and when I'll be notified if things go in the rejection direction?

Regards,
Ahmed
