Hi seniors,
I am totally confused. About my question that I have just asked before. I cant understand the answers.

Today I just got a letter from CIO that they returned my application as federal skilled worker because I hadn't send copy of foreign educational certificate accompany with my WES report (I had just sent the WES report) .
Now I need to know how I should reapply?
1) Should I just prepare a reference letter together with my educational translations and resend them without any change in other application forms?
2) If I have to update or change any application forms, what should I renew?
3) What about my Police certificate/job letter/financial report of bank? Should I renew them? Because at least they have 2 months for validity. Sad Huh

I am really confused and I cant think clearly.
Please Clearly tell me the answer to the followings
1) As far as I understood, I dont need to change job reference letter or bank report or even police certificate, is that true?
2) As far as I understood, I dont need to print any new pages and sign them again because of dates, Is that true?
2) I understood just I have to resend the old application together with their letter and the missing document back to CIO, is that true?

I think there is 1 guy, 23rd May applicant who received PER, i think monday will be PER day for 23rd May...

if 23rd may shud be getting PER on monday then click.trick what is your call for 26th may applicants? can we say that 23rd will take entire next week and 26th may will follow on the week after?

I will file my document in First or Second week of Oct.

Yes you can. It they must be completely separate and complete applications with originals of IELTS, ECA, etc and separate application fees.

Please advise if it is safe to use schedule 3 economic classes with footer date (08-2013)? it includes the signature box and also ECA checkbox.

PLZ advise as I see a lot of applicant rejected due to old schedule 3? only difference between 08-2013 and 08-2014 is that 08-2014 does not have a checkbox for less than 1 year experience.

Experts plzzz advise.

So, I set 2 immediate goals next :
1) Preparing for IELTS -- planning for October first week.
2) Getting in touch with my school examination board (CBSE) and engineering university.

By the way, do I need the individual year marksheets, final degree certificate or Transcripts? And, I will collect that myself or university has to send that to CIC ?

Please advise.

have you applied for IELTS test? Do apply urgently if not as test dates are overbooked most of the times and you may get a date too far away.

10th and 12th results need not be sent to WES. Only grad, diploma and post grad results need to be sent (duly attested by univ) in sealed envelope provided by them. You can collect the sealed envelope from univ and dispatch on your own.

Can you please guide me does CIC evaluates the application after charging of fees and when can i expect my PER if my CC was charged on 8th Sep.

If there is negative evaluation, will they refund the fees?

Your Analysis, is seriously shocking and demotivating to handful of aspirants like me.... who are fighting against all odds, convincing ourself each day, that we can pull it through ... and trying to put an application together...

i know we are late,, and no one else to be blamed for current state except ourself, for being unaware that, FSW was opened. I check this spread sheet everyday.. and look at the pessimistic date... and focus on what all is left.. Irony, is I looked at it 8 hrs back .. and was saying, I may make it... but the latest updated spread sheet stares me in my face and say " Get Lost... Doors Closed"...

Your Brillance is much appreciated, but yes the result is quite DENTING !!!

Sunny !! A fact is a fact and Dmitrych or anyone else cannot change it by saying flattering things.

The fact is that certain NOCs are getting filled and reaching CAPs. Dmitrych is doing a great job by letting us know estimates on the basis of SS. Why blame him ?

Let us know your NOC and probably if possible, we will try to give you some hope !!

Just go to the website and download the latest forms as of today.

Before sending your application check again , if any of the forms have been updated.

I don't think you need any advise on this. Its simple.

I guess, you miss to mention your DoB. I am not sure whether CIO accepts request without DoB.

Now the question is what will you do? Your NOC is also HOT one.

So, if I were you, I would send another letter with revised form.

In the application, I had enclosed the Fee Payment Form providing the details of my credit card. Unfortunately, I lost that credit card on 3rd August 2014. Not always necessary, but yes 99% times it is YES. So lets think positive.

Don't worry, sent ur application with educational certificates and new forms as soon as possible. Even my application was received on June 4th and I also sent additional documents on August 29th. So little worried... Praying god and go ahead. Have CIC sent u mail regarding the rejection of application.

i worked with nestle and now in glaxo smith kline...both reputed MNC..they dont provide me JD..I have appointment letter,salary slips,promotion letters,increment letters,Income tax return...

is any one from forum got their CC charged by giving self description jobs and responsibilities...???

Many on this forum, but not self described jobs and descriptions. It has been third party (supervisors and seniors) employment ref letters.
